Beach house vacation rentals in Ventura

We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

What a beautiful home! This was definitely one of our better finds and we loved our stay. The hosts are fast, friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything! We will be back! Thank you for having!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

Beautiful & peaceful place. Very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bikes and beach toys came in handy for the kids! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach! We very much enjoyed our stay! Little home away from home.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful and had plenty of room for my family to stay. The roof top patio made for the perfect dinning space. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This place was beautiful and the amenities, especially the game room was awesome. My grandkids had a plast. Next time I will bring my dog, there were a lot of people with dogs at the beach throughout the day.

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. House was spotlessly clean. Thank you Connie!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Place was very clean, free of clutter, big TV, clean Fridge, bright windows and quiet. love it. Farrha always answered my questions. just needs some LTC to front yard/gate and replace the number house is missing 2 numbers. will take it again

We just completed a wonderful stay at this vacation home, and I can’t say enough great things about it. It's a gem that is located at the heart of Malibu with great views of ocean, sunset and beautiful overall scenery. Property is nestled in a beautiful, natural setting and feels incredibly clean, secure, and comfortable. I noticed a few older reviews mentioning wildlife concerns, but I’m happy to report that those encounters are totally unfounded since entire outdoor area was equipped with premium quality snake and insect repellents that looked like little outdoor solar antennas and the home itself is sealed and spotless. We never had a single issue the entire time we were there and on the contrary we enjoyed the stay so much that we were debating and planning future dates in booking this place again for a birthday getaway. Inside, the home was sparkling clean, with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat and the backyard was amazing! Amazing place! Highly recommend it!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, children and dog! We felt very welcome and Gemma was always available to help with anything. The house was very nice, smelled nice and was clean. In addition to having a beautiful and well-kept garden, it also has a leisure area with a pool that we enjoyed. I would definitely go back to this house unit 1. The only thing I can say is that there weren't enough towels for all those days and they were thin and small in size. But the rest was ok and suited us perfectly! Thank you very much.

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

Shirley's house is in an great location, you can walk to the market and to an incredible bakery and ice cream shop. It was perfect for our family. And we loved her cat Rocky! He's the sweetest.

We loved the house! The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the backyard and being able to have a view of the water. There were great restaurants nearby! I would definitely stay at this house again if it was available.

My mom, sister and I stayed at Kelly's place while visiting family in Ventura. The house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We took full advantage of the huge sunroom and enjoyed the evenings outside--which were the typical slightly chilly oceanside climate--with the easy-to-use gas firepit. The beds were super comfortable too. Kelly truly thought of everything. The bathrooms had extra hair-ties, tampons, and other things you always forget. The kitchen had plenty of salt and spices. Although we didn't use them, we were charmed by the beach bags ready to go with sunscreen and disposable beach slippers. And Kelly was immediately responsive when I couldn't locate the iron at first. We did have a worry that the listing was playing down the train that is very close to the house, but it goes by so fast, doesn't blow the horn, and doesn't run late at night, so it became honestly kind of an exciting and very charming part of the stay. I highly recommend Kelly's place!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ventura! The space was cozy, welcoming, and exactly as described—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch, and the custom webpage app was a brilliant touch that made settling in seamless. The check-in process was smooth and clearly explained, which we really appreciated. We'd happily recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay here again!

A near perfect stay for a family! With access to the beach and cute little books and toys-- an inspiring interior and a chefs kitchen it was just such an awesome stay! Also the beds are SOOOOO comfortable with quality linens and pillows memory foam on even the kids beds-- dimmers everywhere-- chargers! The whole 9 yards. We would gladly book again and recommend this place!

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

We had a great time at Tim’s place! There were five adult adults and this home was more than enough for us. There were plenty of places to hang out, relax and catch up. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The place is bright and airy and had a wonderful vibe. The backyard was lovely and we had a nice barbecue. It’s a block from the beach, walkable to restaurants and easy parking. We had a great time.

Mark’s place was very nice. He responded very quickly when I texted him with a question. The location was great for us. Didn’t have to drive far to all the places we wanted to go to. We had a wonderful weekend trip in Ventura!
