Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
