Amazing place and super cool house

Very cozy, quaint farmhouse. Something special. Also in a highlight: Fresh eggs directly from the stable in the morning. Our host was helpful, friendly and available almost at all times! We will be back!

Had a super nice time. The host Gertrude was super sweet and very thoughtful. Responded quickly and could mention anything to do. The breakfast that was ready every morning was super delicious and nice!

The accommodation is in a top location directly to the Steinplatte ski area! (About 5 minutes by car, free parking). The room is well equipped and has direct access to the large balcony. The breakfast room is also available in the evening where you can cook. Roswitha welcomed us warmly, gave us tips and really took great care of everything! Very likeable! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning! We would love to come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation and Roswitha as a host.

wonderful Location with great view and cold pool.

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

The stay was great, the room was small but cozy, better than the photos suggest. The house is very nice. Claudia is extremely helpful, flexible and very friendly. Thanks to her, everything was just right for me and I had a stress-free stay. I'd love to come back.

Monika is a kind-hearted and empathetic host. She helped us a lot by giving us many tips on Salzburg and other things. The two rooms and especially the private bathroom were clean and comfortable. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. :) Thanks for everything!

Great location for visiting the Messe. We came for Bauma and were able to take Public Transport for a super quick connection, and avaid the car/parking headaches.

I was very pleased to stay with Jan. He was very helpful and proactive, and reply very fast to all my questions before and after booking. The appointment itself is very convenient, close to everything, modern and cosy. There were enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. We were not disturbed by the noise from road, and sleep with open windows, as apartment is from opposite side of the house. We also used a meal in Praha restaurant - breakfast and dinner was ok for that price, and we appreciate that there is a possibility to eat near, although I would prefer to have more late time for breakfast and dinner (breakfast ends at 10.00, dinner 19.30). I can definitely recommend this place as a great option for price and value.

Not least because of the small touches that we were able to experience. ☺️ We felt very comfortable and hopefully will come back again or will ☕️ see each other at the Baltic Sea for a coffee. We are particularly grateful for the tips and recommendations for our daily activities. That was very helpful and pleasant. Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed it. The place offers many refreshment opportunities and the connection via the main road to the ski resorts in the Zillertal is very good. The room was absolutely sufficient for one person. Somewhat light-hearted as the room doors are simple. After a strenuous day of skiing, you can stay at the inn for dinner. A sufficiently large ski storage room is also available. All in all, I felt comfortable.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Great, likeable and personal place to stay away from the Kitzbühel-Schickimicki.

This was our best stay in Austria. Really big house, full of animals but really clean! Very good location gives opportunity for skiing in many different places. Delicious breakfasts, best view.
