The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Unterwössen - Stylish attic apartment with a dream view

Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

This bright and airy single room extends over 15 square metres and fits one person. The Bavarian-style space includes a comfortable single bed, a modern bathroom with shower, a spacious wardrobe and a window that looks out onto a relaxing nature view. For guests who want to plan out their nature retreat in Unterwössen or do some reading while taking in the mountain views, the room also comes with a desk, a TV and a comfy chair.

Raiten (part of Schleching) is centrally located in the beautiful Achental. The numerous recreational and excursion possibilities in the surrounding nature invite you to linger. Our well-equipped vacation apartment leaves nothing to be desired for both adults and children, accommodating 4 adults and one toddler. Like the surroundings, our accommodation is well-suited for both winter and summer sports enthusiasts.
