Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

My place is close to mountains and meadows. Salzburg and Munich are not far away.. My place is nice for families - dog lovers - hobby chefs - golfers - wellness - nature lover.................

Whether to Brecherspitze, Ankelalm, Bodenschneid, Spitzingsee or Stockeralm, you can walk to everything from our house. Our house is also ideally located for skiers. In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach all the surrounding ski areas.
