Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Together with my brother Georg, I rent our spacious attic apartment in Chiemgau. It has an invitingly large living room with large panoramic glazing and stylish and high-quality furnishings. There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.
