Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ümraniye

I enjoyed my stay here so much and I can talk about it for hours. But for the sake of the review. Here are key points: amazing location, quick walk to Cengelkoy. 2 car garage parking available. Beautiful garden and a stunning terrace with Bosphorus view. It was a bit cold in the dining area but I’m sure that can be fixed. Looking forward staying here again. Шикарное расположение, приятный район. В 10 минутах хотьбы рынок со свежими оврщами, фруктами, сухофруктами, орехами. Хозяин встретил со всей душой и старался, чтобы оставание в его апартаментах было максимально комфортное: встретил, помог донести чемоданы, организовал рабочий стол. Отличный интернет, без перебоев.

Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

Schönes Erlebnis in ruhiger Lage wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Seda war immer erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Wonderful location, nice space, great value. Prime location on a quiet street not far from all the nice cafes (I think Moda must have the highest # of coffee shop per area of any neighborhood in the world!) and restaurants or to walk along the waterfront. Great amount of space and lovely little back garden with friendly cat visitors. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Big Smart TV, decent internet (okay for streaming in the main room, but it doesn't reach well to the bedrooms/not super fast, but I did a Zoom call and it worked fine). We absolutely loved the neighborhood and felt right at home here. Lots of space to spread out. It is quiet in the bedrooms as they are away from the street, though you can hear some upstairs neighbors so I'd suggest ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Orhun war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und hat eine wirklich perfekte Lage, um von dort aus, Istanbul zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Meze-Läden und Bars um die Ecke. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

This is my second experience in this wonderful apartment. The place is clean, quiet, very comfortable and suitable for families. I enjoyed this experience and it will definitely always be my first choice.

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment was spotless and very warm and comfortable. Berk gave us clear check in and out instructions and was prompt to respond ( although we never met him! ). He was flexible with our check out time and with taxi instructions. The flat is in a very convenient location for visiting all the sites as it is near the ferry and the metro. We really enjoyed hopping over to the European side on the ferry every day - but there is a lot to see in Kadikoy as well - very lively with shops and places to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Erhan. L’appartement est au calme et agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la vue depuis les chambres ! Le quartier est populaire, pas tellement de touristes et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Vous trouverez facilement boulangerie, supérettes à proximité et nous vous recommandons l’épicerie en haut de la rue Tepabasi (la rue lorsque vous sortez à droite de l’appartement) qui a ouvert sa table : c’est délicieux ! Erhan est aux petits soins, extrêmement proactif il vous donnera multitudes d’informations très utiles avant votre arrivée et aussi pendant votre séjour. Merci pour tout Erhan, nous reviendrons !

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
