His place is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. The deck was outstanding and we ate there every night the deck was too beautiful to leave and the kitchen had everything Two nights the music from the town was very loud. If you are not a late night partier bring earplugs We loved our stay there and were sad to leave after 5 nights

We had a wonderful 7 days at Villa Mavi Manzera. Everyone mentions the views with good reason - the sunsets over the ocean, whether enjoyed on the 2nd floor balcony or by the pool, are incredible. The outside areas in general, from balconies to courtyard in front and the pool area, provide tranquil and beautiful places to rest and relax. The kids loved the heated pool! The rooms are large and well-appointed, and the floorplan is logically configured - important when traveling with kids and grandparents! The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks around the peninsula and a 7 min drive into town (we all fell in love with Kaș!) Finally, the responsiveness and hospitality provided by Oral and the caretaker Şanver cannot be overstated. They went above and beyond to accommodate: stocking the fridge before our arrival, graciously coming by to let us in when we forgot keys, organizing an unforgettable boat excursion, and ensuring the pool area was always spotless. Thanks!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! M&M's is hard to find at night, so they came and found us! If you'e in the square with the hardware store and statue on your LEFT, go about 200 yards - you'll need a car - on the right there's a house with a roof like an inverted V. Drive up that road until you get to an arch just to the right. That's it. But, M&M came to guide us as we arrived late. The accommodation was PERFECT. A good sized room with an excellent balcony looking down into the valley. couldn't ask for better. There was a fridge and a small cooker, so we had everything we needed and we spent hours of the day by the pool. It's not heated, but when it's 36 degrees under the sun, it doesn't need to be. The garden, with orange & lemon trees, roses, hibiscus, banana, pomegranate and a date palm, was wonderful. M&M directed us to beaches and restaurants and were, I think, the best hosts we've ever had. We absolutely loved the peace, solitude, beauty and relaxation in abundance. Definitely recommend.

Ms. Ayten and her family were extremely sweet and helpful. You'll never have a problem with communication, they're quick to respond to even the tiniest of things. The house was extremely clean and quite peaceful due to its location. Thanks so much for everything 😍

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! We had an incredible time staying in Vicky and Burcin’s Fig Cottage in May. We were greeted and welcomed by Vicky, who made us feel at home and provided so much information about the local village and surrounding areas. The cottage itself was beautiful and surrounded by the most lush garden - the photos do not do it justice! The pool area was lovely and caught the sun all day long. Kayaköy is a special village with a strong community feel, with enough bars and restaurants to keep you going for at least a week. It’s overlooked by the ancient ruins, which are an incredible backdrop and if you enjoy a hike, our highlight was the walk to Oludeniz; the views at the top were incredible! We wouldn’t have known about this without Vicky’s incredibly helpful map of the area - thank you! We can’t wait to return and get to see and do more of the things we didn’t have time for! What a magical place 😊 P.s we really enjoyed reading the guest book reviews from over the years!

Amazing house with outstanding views. The house is fully equipped and everything was clean and ideal. Highly recommended when visiting Capadocia. 10/10

We spent 1 week in this charming house. The terrace is great and the view is stunning. The house itself is built with a lot of love and you only hear the sound of the sea and the chirping of the birds. There is everything you need. Everything just fit 100 percent. There is a beautiful beach a 5-minute walk from the house. It takes about 8 minutes to get up, but it is easy to manage. The path is totally worth it. Shopping is also no problem, in the larger city of Akyaka, about 20 minutes by car, there is a well-stocked Migros, a butcher and a bakery. You can combine this well with a restaurant visit. It was perfect for us. Ali is a super nice young man and so is his family. In his restaurant, about 5 minutes by car towards Atyaka, there is very fine Gözleme. You just have to eat it. We felt so welcome! Thank you for that! Anytime again

An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

One of my top AriBnB experiences ever :) the view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was so cozy with all the amenities. Hamdi was a super welcoming and attentive host as well. We felt completely at home and wished we could have stayed longer. (Just be ready to climb some steep hills, or take the bus that leaves from near the ferry port 😉 the view is worth it.)

absolutely gorgeous place...could not get enough of the views. Ulviye was so responsive to all queries .. location is minutes walk to all local metro ferry and bus lines...amazing experience we cannot wait to come.back !

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

The apartment is an exceptional place for its configuration, its beautiful and tasteful design and its location in a peaceful environment that allows a good rest once you finish your day visiting the crowded city of Istanbul. Tao has been an amazing host providing all information needed for the use of his apartment and for the visits of his city. I highly recommend the stay in Tao’s apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

The house was quiet and perfect for a family trip. The kids were happy because the cats came and played. The kitchen was fully equipped. You listened to our requests and took care of them. You even came out and waited for us when we checked in late. You gave us all the information we needed for our trip to Cappadocia and even booked a van to the airport. I want to come again. Great location, old and beautiful house

Osmans place was incredible. Very nicely located, close to restaurants, with an amazing brekfast, and best of all was Osman himself! He helped me with everything from booking the airport shuttles (to & from) to also booking (at a very accesible price) the air balloon ride. Our Capadocia experience wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Simple accommodation but absolutely does the job. Bahutan is a great communicator and a really wonderful host. Ask him about recommendation for the kofta restaurant nearby. Just a recommendation to other travellers, if I were to come to Istanbul again, I would stay on the other side of the river. This accomodation is recommended for a couple of nights but the area near Hagia Sofia is very catered to tourists and prices are inflated at restaurants etc. if you’re staying for more than a few nights.

Less than 5 minutes' walk to the art street. Although it is central, I did not have a noise problem. The room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Kitchen, fridge are open to common use. It was a pleasant stay. Thanks for everything :)

I highly recommend this beautiful accomodation. Fatima and her family went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are exactly as seen in the pictures. The views looking over the town from this private setting are beautiful. Such a peaceful and quiet location. The breakfast which is included is so tasty and generous. The location is close to all the major tourist attractions by car, yet the town is not touristy and noisy like other towns. The communication was fantastic.

Great value! Perfect terrace for viewing early morning balloon rides. Delicious breakfast. Would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We walked to many restaurants and sites. Serdar was a great host! Very friendly and gave good prices for tours. The breakfast was so amazing one of the best parts of our entire trip. We would totally stay here again.
