Stay more than perfect, in a beautiful apartment, in the heart of a very impressive city. It has all the amenities, it's very clean, the wifi works without problems and it's extremely well located. The owner is attentive and always available. In short, I would recommend it without hesitation! :-)

Mr. Okan and his wife Özgür were very caring until we left the first day of our stay and provided every opportunity they could to make us feel at home. As a family, they were very friendly and friendly. Although it wasn't included in our stay, they made us a fabulous breakfast table for the duration of our stay when we asked for extra breakfast. Mr. Okan gave us very nice directions about the environment until he arrived and left. He showed us the places where we could buy natural products such as Olive Oil,Cheese,Butter, which the families in the village made to them. Their small daughter Ayşe was very pleasant to talk and friendly. Thank you so much for opening their homes to us with our two Dogs. When we wanted to stay in Balabanlı, we had a 2nd house. We will always visit this beautiful family.

We had an indescribably beautiful time on Ali's vineyard! On one side of the house you can see the sunrise and on the other side the sunset and the sea. We couldn't have imagined better! It was very difficult for us to leave this place behind, we felt at home! Thank you for this great experience!

Last week I had the chance to stay at Ms. Müge's house during my visit to Karaburun. The house was a spotless house in a great garden, which also hosts cats on the street. It was evident at first glance that they chose the items with pleasure and care, and they thought of every need (mini fridge, air conditioning, coffee maker, coffee maker, window and mosquito nets were available at the door). The house is 15 minutes by car to Karaburun and 7-10 minutes to Mordoğan. I would like to thank Ms. Müge and his wife for this pleasant accommodation service and also for their treats and pleasant conversations.

Ms. Zübeyde and Mr. Süha are very pleasant people, their conversations are very nice. We stayed for a short time and were very satisfied, we left to come back:)

It was a hotel we preferred for the wedding anniversary, we never regretted it, it was literally a place above our expectations, and it was a place that would definitely be a place that everyone who went with its large jacuzzi with its immaculate room and decorations.

It was a very nice experience The house guest welcomed us. The house was very clean, bedrooms, etc., and the pool. The warmness of the pool, the jacuzzi and comfortable use of the barbecue made us have a very fun and comfortable holiday

We had a very nice time at Ms. Yonca's house. The house was very clean. The location and view of the house was great. There was a beach just in front of the house, but the sea is very nice on the sides of Akyarlar and Akçabük, it is a must. We want to come back on our next vacation.

It was really lovely experience. It was also nice that Mr. Göktuğ's well-intentioned approach and that he was always open to help. I can't say enough about the house... Have a very pleasant house both inside and with a garden. Great location, very close to the pier, you can reach all kinds of facilities in 5 minutes. Teddy is a very sweet and affectionate dog. My reason for giving 4 stars in terms of price/performance is that I think it is appropriate in general opinion if it is not entirely related to my own standards. Other than that, everything deserves 5 stars. No doubt you can choose...

If you are planning to stay in Fener/Balat, a best kept secret then stay here. It is a quaint old vibe residential area, safe & hassle free with excellent transport (tram, bus, ferry). The area is historically rich with old churches, synagogues, mosques & hammams. The residents are friendly & there is a good variety of fast food & sit-down restaurants & cheaper compared to Taksim or Galata tourist spots. A mini shopper's paradise with antique, clothing and other curio shops. The apartment is well decorated, warm & felt like home. Mehboob & Serder are both charming, respectful & careful to make guests feel at home. This is one of the top five places in Fener/Balat.

The house is at great location. There is very easy access to Tram and Ferry stations. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There is a small shop nearby where you can get your daily stuff like fresh water, soft drinks, cigarettes or snacks. The neighborhood is really vibrant. There are many antique shops in the neighborhood and Balat is great combination of modern and traditional turkish life style as a historical neighborhood. If you are planing to come with your car, it is not easy to find parking space but public transportation is very developed in istanbul. The kitchen is well equipped but If you are planing to cook at home often, the facilities and size of the kitchen might not be enough for you anyway there are lots of cafes and affordable restaurants in short walking distance. As a result, great value for the price.

From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.
