Villa Aşiyan offers you all the facilities you see in the pictures. The location is easy to find. The villa is very clean and practical. Great place away from the noise. There was nothing missing or broken. I recommend it to everyone. Our host, Mr. Hasan, was also available if we needed him. Thank you.

Ayşe is a fabulous host. They greeted weary travellers with warm soup, rice and potatos. It was delicious. They also installed a wood burning oven to make our stay even more memorable. Ayşe is a very attentive and responds to communication within a couple of minutes. I highly reccomend this vacation stay. Thank you Ayşe and family.

Mustafa was very welcoming, and he took us from the airport to the top of the mountain where we will stay. The place was clean and had a fantastic view! In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast and later he took us for a tour around the area for 100$ charge, which for us was reasonable since he had to go down the mountain to another close area, then up to a close waterfall and a historic Zil castle, and up the mountain again to where cabin is located at. Everything was great, and for sure I would recommend this place and might visit again during the summer ✌🏽

Mr. Haluk was very interested, available at any time, and thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing in the house. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. The house gets very warm after the stove is lit, he is completely helpful with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. It's very quiet around and there were roads for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire, or you can enjoy and chat with the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car so it needs to be prepared. The phone doesn't work much, but we don't mind, we come here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one in advance. Footnote: get back out of the parking lot:)

We had a great time! The host was very friendly and helped us get around. The location is beautiful. It is right next to many touristic places and removed enough, so you can have privacy. Definitely recommended!

You can reach the center of Kalkan in 7-8 minutes by car. The view is beautiful, with all the kitchen utensils.

The house is very good, the yard is quiet, the tools are complete, we cook by ourselves, heat by fire, very comfortable,

The house was clean and well equipped. We didn’t have any problems while staying there. The hosts were very helpful and overall great people. Just a recommendation would be adding an automatic gate so that you don’t need to get out of the vehicle and manually open it every-time. Other than that, everything was perfect

First of all, Mr. Erdal was very caring, a magnificent host with his warm and friendly personality. With a magnificent view of the house, our stay was much more than we thought. It was inevitable that we felt like our own home and to forget the noise of the crowded city and adapt to peace. Apart from the individual attention, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable , I'm glad I chose this house. I spent a lot of quality time with my family, surrounded by immaculate nature, avoiding the noise and dirty air of the big city. A home and a beautiful host that I can highly recommend to anyone who loves nature and is looking for peace.

Mr. Uğur and Ms. Başak deserve to be a super host. They were very interested and asked if we had anything missing during our stay. Friendly nice people who are friendly. The location of the house overlooks the sea directly from the hill. It's definitely missing, but these are tolerable, you don't have to exaggerate. If you want a peaceful and calm environment, we recommend it. Thank you again.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

It was my first Airbnb stay with Fehim and Meryem. It’s such gracious hosts and don’t forget to ask them making amazing food with ingredients straight out from the garden backyard. It’s quite a journey to meet such good people regardless of their backgrounds, nationalities or religions, etc. And I am sorry for my terrible singing. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has everything needed for a great visit. Sitting outside in the morning listening to the sounds of the birds and sheep bells is a wonderful and relaxing experience. We were initially concerned with a barking dog outside our bedroom but it wasn’t a problem and the community is very quiet in the evenings. Mine is very responsive and cares deeply about your comfort. The one thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit of a challenge to get to, especially if you are carrying luggage and other items.

location and cleanliness were spectacular

We had a lovely holiday at The Olive Grove. Eeva was very helpful right from my first enquiry until we left. She booked our transfers and recommended a car hire firm. The location is rural but with a car it's easy to get to the places Eeva recommends. Some very beautiful scenery and lovely beaches to visit.

A very peaceful environment has been created. You see thoughtful details all over the house and garden. With its architecture, you feel like you're disconnected from the outside world. There has been a house and a garden where you want to go again and again and again. So much so that you can spend time at home with great bays around ☺️ When you meet Ms. Sema, you understand why. Selda is high in dealing as well as her brothers, a family of pills and cooperating. The house is very beautiful and has a rural nature in a picturesque and quiet area away from the noise of the city, a safe place for those who want to be isolated and the children also loved the place a lot and the owners of the house answered our inquiries and provided help Thank you Silda and thank everyone we met 🌺🌺🌺

Our stay in Bozcaada was exceptional, thanks to our amazing hosts and their beautiful house. They went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering invaluable support in the eleventh hour. Centrally located, we were less than 10 minutes away from everywhere on the island. The house, with its private garden and separate living space, was perfect for our group of 4 but could easily accommodate 6. The 2 separate rooms provided privacy, while the communal areas were great for gathering. It was the perfect base for exploring Bozcaada. Highly recommend!

Mr. Levent is kind and does his job properly. We were pleased with the availability of air conditioning in every room, the pool and sheltered garden of the house, cleaning the pool every morning, and the immediate resolution of minor disruptions.
