Very nice building and apartment! Well located, clean and close to shopping area and Galata tower. The host is responsive and frendly, she managed the taxi transfer and was always available. I would repeat at the same place!

You can have a very nice time on the large balcony with its immaculate air and beautiful sea views at the foot of the mountain away from the density and temperature, and you can have your head fatigue to the fullest... We did not have a parking problem, the place is up the ramp and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and we made the return by taxi... There was a clean pool enough to cool off... General cleaning and household supplies were indicated, and it was very good to have air conditioning in each room... I think there will be even better turns with a few extra suggestions; the shelves to be mounted on the walls with a large and fixed seating balcony will definitely be quite good...In general, it will be quite satisfied with our experience with Alpsuits and I recommend it to those who think...

We had a wonderful evening and night on the island . The office is located right in the center, near the clock, close to the port. We were quickly checked in, Yaman escorted us to the apartment, helped with the suitcases. At our request, we were provided with extra sheets. The apartment is very clean. There is a spacious hall with a fireplace, a balcony where you can drink tea. Located on a quiet street, and at the same time close to the center and to shops. Very clean and very bright accommodation located in a rather peaceful area close to many restaurants and a small supermarket. Its location allows you to visit the entire historic district on foot and the T1 tram line is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to reach more distant districts and the Emoniu pier to reach the Asian shore. We had a pleasant stay there. The kitchen equipment is good but does not allow you to make very "sophisticated" cuisine especially for 4 people. I particularly recommend this apartment with a very responsive and welcoming owner.

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

Pretty much the perfect apartment. Very spacious, fantastic view, everything is high quality and works. Internet is good enough for work, even if the upload speed is mediocre (8 Mbits). The only cons is the location - you'll need to climb up just to reach the nearest shop.

We left today and felt sad because we felt we were leaving home. Ali could not have done more to make our stay more satisfying. Ali is an exceptional host. Without being intrusive he was always available to provide guidance or assistance with a smile. Not only is the accomodation and support first class Selcuk is a gem. We would be more than happy to return. Selcuk is a quiet smaller centre that has a rural feel and good sense of community. The Saturday market is amazing. Of course as a base to explore the sights of this significant region there wouldn't be much better. A place like Selcuk is a much better place to buy your souvenirs as the local merchants offer better prices than the big tourist traps. A greatvplace to slow down and enjoy Turkey.

As always we had a wonderful time in Nurkan's apartment, it had everything we needed and we thank her for accepting our stay for two more days. We will always stay here with pleasure.

We went with 5 friends and the location is very nice. We had a very enjoyable vacation

First of all, thank you to Ms. Yasemin, she was very caring and kind. She was helpful even before and after our stay. The house we stayed in was very nice, everything was tidy and nice. For guests, almost everything was considered.

It was a great stay experience! The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos, it was clean and very comfortable. Mr. Enis was open to communication and very helpful. It was in a quiet, safe and central location. Thank you so much for everything, we look forward to coming back

This was the best place we stayed at in Turkey. The room was perfectly dark for sleeping, you can sleep like a baby! and it had a lovely private balcony. The space was large, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the baby crib was very comfortable. The location is great too. There's no elevator, but they helped us carry our luggage during check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the dryer — it didn’t work well as it’s quite old, so we ended up drying our clothes using the heater. Highly recommended this! Worth it

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

A great cozy and atmospheric town with its own attractions and rich ancient history. We are very glad we stayed in this place, the tranquility, cleanliness and beautiful view will help you to relax and enjoy the local beauty and the unique sea breeze.

I used the apartment for a break for 6 weeks. Communication with the owner was always fast. The apartment has a great location, 5 minutes to the sea. Everything in the apartment was as described. Thanks for the wonderful time there.

Great place , everything I need for a stay, beautiful, clean, perfect. The host is very helpful and welcoming, accommodating every request. It's a good idea to come here, feel at home, have such a great caretaker, a host.

If you come to Istanbul and need a place to rest, prepare a quick breakfast or dinner and take a good shower, this is the place to be. Quiet and safe place, close to all the Taksim atmosphere, 10 min walk to the ferry and metro exit. Full kitchen, bathroom with a good shower, clean sheets and towels. We had a small problem and Belhül came immediately to help solve it and even gave us a gift. Great host and great person. Thank you Belhül. Don't hesitate to stay here. Small place but big heart.
