He has an amazing villa over looking the ocean, with a private platform to relax and jump straight into the ocean. The house was well equipped and Tevfik was very responsive.

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this wonderful cabin! It was the perfect getaway for me and my family — cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we needed and more — thoughtful touches, super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings gathered around the fire, making memories we’ll cherish for a long time. We arrived at the villa in the middle of the night. Check-in worked out great with a keybox around the house. The villa is equipped with everything you need and all the items were fine in the condition. There is a television with German programs. But the best part is the great view from the pool terrace and balconies to the city and sea. We especially enjoyed it in the evening. We also didn't bother with the occasional calls of the muezzin from the nearby mosque. Thank you for the time.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

The apartment is very well located near the historical places of Istanbul and yet very quiet and peaceful . The neighborhood is very lively with restaurants and shops during the day. The place was clean, bright and our host very available . We would highly recommend.

We stayed at Villa Holiday in Sapanca for 1 night. Our host, Ms. Nursel, was very caring and kind. The villa was extremely clean and we had a very pleasant time with the children. It was a peaceful stay experience in touch with nature. We recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, matches the description, good location. Of the minor disadvantages: the sofa is stained, and there weren't enough sockets (by the bed only on one side). Everything else is great. I couldn't find the house right away (the address on the maps showed another house), but the host responded quickly and was in touch.

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a great view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are room smells even in the hallway in every room, the house is immaculate and fragrant, Mr. Cloud is very interested, since the apartment is located on a busy street, he even kept a parking space for us to park our car, thank you for everything.

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

The place could not have been better from the location. Philip was very accommodating and flexible as he spontaneously let us in a day earlier. As far as the kitchen is equipped, we were very happy. The cats in particular have grown to our hearts who have visited us. We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We had a peaceful time in this wonderful house where we came for a honeymoon. We embraced it as our own home. Even though it was the end of October, we were still able to get into the pool. Thank you, we'd love to come back

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. We absolutely loved staying at this house. The village is peaceful and lovely, the villa is convenient, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the rooftop was the best part. We are big cooks and cooked quit a bit while we stayed so we loved the fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and everything provided when we asked. Baris was such a great host, welcomed us personally and was very helpful when we needed anything. Recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

Delightful cottage in a gorgeous setting-so very peaceful! Vicky and Burcin have thought of so many details to assure needs are met. Both were friendly and responsive. Vicky took time to share details about her beloved garden. She has also prepared a notebook filled with information about the area/culture. It was a delight to read. The house is a house we would prefer to stay in again. Very spacious and spacious. It was very clean. The view is legendary. It's far from the rumbling because it's on the hill. I recommend it for a quiet holiday on the island.
