Very nice building and apartment! Well located, clean and close to shopping area and Galata tower. The host is responsive and frendly, she managed the taxi transfer and was always available. I would repeat at the same place!

Yoğunluktan ve sıcaklıktan uzak dağ eteğinde tertemiz havası ve güzel deniz manzarası ile geniş balkonunda çok güzel vakit geçirebilir ve kafa yorgunluğunuzu doyasıya atabilirsiniz... Park problemi yaşamadık, yer rampa yukarı olup sahile yürüyerek inişimiz yaklaşık 15 dk. kadar sürdü, dönüşü ise taxi ile gerçekleştirdik... Serinlemek için yeterli büyüklükte temiz bir havuzu bulunmaktaydı... Genel temizlik ve ev gereçleri belirtildiği şekilde olup her odada klima olması çok iyiydi... Birkaç extra önerim ile bence daha da iyi dönüşler olacaktır; geniş ve sabit oturaklı balkona mutlaka masa ve sandalye ilavesi ile duvarlara monte edilecek raflar oldukça iyi olacaktır...Genel olarak Alpsuits ile olan deneyimimizden oldukça memnun şekilde ayrılmış olup düşünenlere tavsiye ederim...

Провели прекрасный вечер и ночь на острове . Офис расположен прямо в центре , около часов , близко к порту. Нас быстро зарегистрировали , Яман проводил в квартиру, помог с чемоданами. По нашей просьбе нам предоставили дополнительные простыни. Квартира очень чистая. Имеется просторный холл с камином, балкон, где можно пить чай. Расположена на тихой улице, и в тоже время близко к центру , и к магазинам. Спасибо всем внимание, доброту и хороший отдых

Logement très propre et très clair situé dans un quartier plutôt paisible proche de nombreux restaurants et d'un petit supermarché. Sa situation permet de visiter à pied tout le quartier historique et la ligne de tramway T1 à 10 petites minutes de marche permet d'atteindre des quartiers plus éloignés et l'embarcadère d'Emoniu pour gagner la rive asiatique.. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'équipement de la cuisine correct ne permet cependant pas de faire une cuisine très " sophistiqué " surtout pour 4 personnes. Je conseille particulièrement cet appartement avec un propriétaire très réactif et accueillant.

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

Pretty much the perfect apartment. Very spacious, fantastic view, everything is high quality and works. Internet is good enough for work, even if the upload speed is mediocre (8 Mbits). The only cons is the location - you'll need to climb up just to reach the nearest shop.

We left today and felt sad because we felt we were leaving home. Ali could not have done more to make our stay more satisfying. Ali is an exceptional host. Without being intrusive he was always available to provide guidance or assistance with a smile. Not only is the accomodation and support first class Selcuk is a gem. We would be more than happy to return. Selcuk is a quiet smaller centre that has a rural feel and good sense of community. The Saturday market is amazing. Of course as a base to explore the sights of this significant region there wouldn't be much better. A place like Selcuk is a much better place to buy your souvenirs as the local merchants offer better prices than the big tourist traps. A greatvplace to slow down and enjoy Turkey.

As always we had a wonderful time in Nurkan's apartment, it had everything we needed and we thank her for accepting our stay for two more days. We will always stay here with pleasure.

We loved the place. We apreciate that it's in the nice neighbourhood, near Yeşil mosque so we could easily go there for a prayer. It's a walking distance from Irgandi bridge, as well as Ulu cami and çarși. The only obstacle was the fact this apartment was on the last floor so you'll loose your breath while getting there 😄

住在比较高的位置，所以景色很好，但是需要爬坡或者下坡才能到达市区，步行15分钟需要，比较累

Everything was super smooth. The host was very attentive, and the room was clean. Every time I requested cleaning, it was done immediately. The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby.

We loved the apartment. Our host upgraded us to a larger one with the same aesthetics. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean and good amenities. You do need ear plugs for the street noise at night. We loved the view and the host was great with communication. We would definitely recommend this place.

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

Habe für eine Auszeit für 6Wochen die Wohnung genutzt.Kommunikation mit Besitzerin war immer schnell.Wohnung hat eine super Lage,5 Minuten zum Meer.Alles in der Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Danke für die schöne Zeit dort.

Si vienes a conocer Estambul y necesitas un lugar donde descansar, preparar un desayuno o una cena rápida y darte una buena ducha, este es el lugar ideal. Lugar tranquilo y seguro, cerca de todo el ambiente de Taksim, a 10 min a pie de la salida del ferry y del metro. Cocina completísima, baño con buena ducha, sábanas y toallas limpias. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y Belhül vino inmediatamente a ayudar a solucionarlo y hasta nos dió un obsequio. Gran anfitrión y excelente persona. Gracias Belhül. No dudes en alojarte aquí. Lugar pequeño pero corazón grande.

Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt! 🇬🇧 English: The apartment in Sinop was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything was provided – towels, snacks, tea, and coffee. We felt at home right away! 🇹🇷 Türkisch: Sinop’taki daire çok temiz, düzenli ve zevkli döşenmişti. Havlular, atıştırmalıklar, çay ve kahve gibi her şey düşünülmüştü. Kendimizi hemen evimizde hissettik!
