Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Great apartment great location and value for money

It was great experience, the apartment is amazing, very clean and good in spaces. Easy access and calm neighbourhood. Mr. Mustafa is very nice , cooperative and helpful. He made my stay in Istanbul just perfect !

Everything was complete and very good, everything was available, everything was available, I felt like I was at home, only the entrance could be easier, every time I entered the lobby, I was asked questions for confirmation purposes, but the security, cleanliness and abundance of materials were very satisfied, there was nothing missing, it is very good to have a migraine downstairs, everything is available. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

quiet, clean, good bed, full bath, very well located

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The host was very friendly, always available and if you needed help, he took care of it directly. Super host, I'll always be happy to come back. Everything you needed in daily life was there. Thank you very much for the time and help.

Eyo and Ali made themselves available to welcome us, with great flexibility and always responsive by message. The accommodation was ideal for a stay of a few nights, with the Galata Tower a few minutes' walk away and the tram to reach the historic center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation!
