Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ümraniye

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

The apartment was perfect– spacious, clean, and well-located. We were pleasantly surprised by the Rasimpaşa neighborhood. It has a local feel, with tons of good coffee shops, restaurants, and vintage stores. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. It's also near the heart of Moda-Kadıköy which has, without a doubt, the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend! Hakan was also a great host. We had to alter our reservation last minute and he was really understanding. I'd love to stay here again.

A quiet and cozy place at the heart of Üskudär, ideal for a family get away. Seda is a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful.

Nice place, friendly host

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

The location is close to public transport, shops and restaurants but the street is still quiet and peaceful. To me it felt like I came to a Grandma's house for a visit. Interior has inspired Mum to do a couple of craft projects. Buket was indeed a super host: easy to deal with and very helpful. This house on the Asian side is a great way to immerse yourself among locals.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

It's an apartment in a hotel. It was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The surrounding area is fun, very lively.

Everything was complete and very good, everything was available, everything was available, I felt like I was at home, only the entrance could be easier, every time I entered the lobby, I was asked questions for confirmation purposes, but the security, cleanliness and abundance of materials were very satisfied, there was nothing missing, it is very good to have a migraine downstairs, everything is available. You can stay without hesitation.

All the experience was great. The location and the flat is just perfect if you need a place in this part of the city but it is also extremely close to the main subway line.

I can say that it was the most suitable place to stay in this beautiful location in Istanbul. My favorite part was that the inside and especially the bathroom was spotless. Therefore, I was comfortable. Thank you.
