Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

If you stay near Sultan Ahmet, you should come this area. If you stay here, you don’t need to go Sultan Ahmet. Based on my experience

I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

Great apartment to stay in! The host is a friendly man, agreed to an earlier check-in and a slightly later check-out. The apartment is large, clean, well-maintained, with interesting decorative elements, comfortable for living. The host makes you feel well cared for. We are two female pensioners, each had a large bedroom, with a good mattress and bed. The linen was perfect! The host shared information about good restaurants and cafes located nearby. The embankment and pier were within a 10-minute walk. Ferries to the western part of Istanbul took about 15 minutes. Metro station, line to Sabina gökçen Airport was also nearby and was convenient to get to without using a bus and taxi. Also nearby were the popular Köfyeci Yusuf cafe, a billiard room, (perhaps someone is interested in this). The impression of the apartment is excellent!!! We had a great time and our trip in these 3 days. We will definitely come back here. We recommend this place to everyone!

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Hüseyin was very quick to respond and helpful in all matters Would love to come back again

I recommend Fatih, he was a very nice host and always tried his best. Fatih showed me around and also gave a lot recommendations. This neighborhood is quite famous in the Asia side. Especially for solo travelers, i would suggest everyone who travels to Istanbul to stay here for one or two nights, you will get to know more about Istanbul. 200 meters away there’s one of the most famous hamma, and 1km away there’s very good workshop to learn Turkish coffee, make Turkish lamps.

It was my first airbnb experience. I had provided accommodation for my visa interview. I would also like to thank the host for leaving me with his car even though the consulate was close by.

It offers a quality and clean accommodation service. It's actually a hotel experience, but you can think of it as if it's provided through an apartment, not a room. Everything met the expectation

It is nice to have the ability to move directly from the living room to the terrace, the view and location are amazing. Although the lounge is small, it has a cute interior design. Very clean. 7-10 min walk to Ortaköy center, central location. Its location is very peaceful. I will choose it again when I want to stay in Ortaköy. Thank you!

They were very friendly and helpful. It made our first nights in Turkey wonderful If you are a very light sleeper ask for a room not on the tram line. I had no problem and the tram is a great way to get around. You can’t so your credit card at the turnstile.

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
