Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ümraniye

I utterly enjoyed my stay. The duplex is very comfortable, well decorated, comfortable, very clean, roomy, easily useable by a family, great bathrooms...simply put amazing. I would not hesitate for a second booking Serkan's place again. Also, if it's your first time in Istanbul, fear not. Destina, is very responsive, was so great on helpful hints regarding the city, gives very clear directions on check-in/out, how to control temp, etc...just great and really elevated the stay by eliminating any angst when it comes to the city and/or apartment. Lastly, highly, highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to Serkan and Destina for making my travels amazing.

I’ve been traveling to Turkey since 2016, visiting at least twice a year, and I’ve stayed in many Airbnb locations across different neighborhoods. Out of all of them, the Airbnb in Kadıköy stands out as the most enjoyable. The neighborhood has a vibrant social life with plenty of locals, beautiful spots, great restaurants, nice shops, and lovely scenery—all just a few steps away from the Airbnb. The place is in a typical Turkish building, and while the space is small, it’s perfect for someone who plans to explore the city during the day. Everything was spotless, from the linens and cushions to the bathroom, which is a top priority for me. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and prompt communication, and they were very helpful with my luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again on my next visit to Turkey. The location is also just a five-minute walk from the ferry , making it super convenient for getting around.

Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Mr. Buğra was very friendly and friendly. He helped us with everything, helped us out with everything. She was responsive to our questions. The house was really clean and great in location. The next time we came to Istanbul, it was a house where we would come without hesitation. It can be hard to really find a nice person like Mr. Buğra. 🥰💖

The apartment was incredibly cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. From the very beginning, the host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming — assisting us with check-in and any questions we had, and always available 24/7. One of the best parts was the neighborhood: peaceful, charming, and full of lovely streets with fresh pastries, delicious local food, and everything within walking distance. The apartment itself had everything needed for a small group — all the amenities, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location also offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space. Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

Especially Mr. Fuat was very caring and relevant. You can reach it regardless of the time. It couldn't have been better at needs and requests. The stay was impeccable. Everything or even more was available in the apartment. I gladly added it to the list of places to be my first choice if I run out. I would like to thank him for everything

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect; beautiful, very well equipped, and quiet because overlooking a garden. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the Galata Tower and 5 minutes from the tram line going directly into the center of Istanbul. Entry into the apartment is easy thanks to the caretaker at the entrance ( at any time) A rental we recommend!

Very nice apartment I met my expectations and with the treatment by the people who are in charge of the administration in the lobby .... I highly recommend a beautiful view.
