House vacation rentals in Ümraniye

There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

A place where you can safely go and rest your head, we were not disturbed in any way, even though we went a little outside of our clock, no one said anything, I would definitely recommend a friendly and quality place

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Located in a good neighborhood, where there are various chain stores nearby. Another advantage is the short distance to all types of transport. Orhan turned out to be a very hospitable person who clearly and quickly answered all questions. The apartment is very cozy, I would like to come back again.

Amazing view and 5 min walking from the sea side , the apartment is clean with unique style … the only things is the noise of the cars as the home located on the corna of the hill . The host is very fast in communication and helpful.

Everything was very nice, they supported us with everything during our stay. If I need it, I would like to stay again.

Our room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean. They met all our requests quickly.
