The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

This is my 5th time staying at Adroniki’s place. Location is great . Very easy to access transportations. Many restaurants and little convenience shops nearby. Safe area. I recommend this place for solo travelers and couples 🙌👍

We lived in a beautiful apartment. On arrival we were pleased with the perfect cleanliness. What made it different from other listings we've had experience with in Istanbul: there is EVERYTHING you need for the first time - from tea to fresh fruit and desserts as a compliment. Despite the seemingly walking distance from the Kadıköy İskelesi (the center of social life in the area and its transport hub), it is easily accessible by bus, whose stop is right outside the house. The host was helpful with any question we had. The possibility of self check-in was also pleasing. I would be happy to stay at Banu's more than once.

There were two of us there and we watched a football game from Galatasaray. The apartment is right between the two metro stations Levent and Levent 4. Furthermore, there is no 5-minute walk 3 malls where you can find everything you need. Fitness studios are there . The view was the best apartment on the 14th floor and you can see everything dream ! We'll be back

The house we stayed in Kadıköy was very different from the other houses. We had a different experience, this price is nice for the 4-story house. We stayed in a crowded group, 5 people stayed comfortably. The bidet was broken and can be fixed. The bathroom and toilet were clean and useful. There was a 65 inc TV, it was very useful. The beds were comfortable. The house has a different concept in the spirit of Kadıköy.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

We recently stayed in this lovely apartment and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! From the moment we booked, our host was exceptionally responsive providing clear arrival instructions. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. The living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals, and the dining nook is the ideal spot for morning coffee.

The house was clean and lovely and the location was just fine and quiet. Communication with Mr. Tevfik was smooth. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Orhan was impeccable as a host, everything went smoothly. The house was very clean and (almost too much) well heated upon arrival. The only thing that noise-sensitive people may have to keep in mind: It is very ringing in the house, both to the neighbor next door and to the outside (nesting seagulls in the attic, which have also screamed all night). In addition, there are probably people who like to ring the bell in the middle of the night. But Orhan responded immediately and well and sent an electrician to mute the doorbell. Thanks! :)
