Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Muy bello departamento cumplio con mis expectativas y con el trato por parte de las personas que se encargan de la administracion en el lobby .... lo recomiendo ampliamente una vista hermosa .

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Bundan sonra istanbul’a geldiğimde evim burası. Zaten konum şahane ama onun dışında gerçekten dekorasyon mükemmel, temizlik muhteşem. Ev sahibi hanımefendi işine çok dikkat eden müthiş bir insan. Ne zaman ulaşmak istesem ulaşabildim. Paranızın karşılığını sonuna kadar alabileceğiniz bir yer.

We lived in a beautiful apartment. On arrival we were pleased with the perfect cleanliness. What made it different from other listings we've had experience with in Istanbul: there is EVERYTHING you need for the first time - from tea to fresh fruit and desserts as a compliment. Despite the seemingly walking distance from the Kadıköy İskelesi (the center of social life in the area and its transport hub), it is easily accessible by bus, whose stop is right outside the house. The host was helpful with any question we had. The possibility of self check-in was also pleasing. I would be happy to stay at Banu's more than once.

Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben uns ein Fußballspiel von Galatasaray angeguckt die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den beiden Metro Stationen Levent und Levent 4 weiterhin gibt es keine 5 min Gehweg 3 malls wo man alles findet was man Brauch auch Fitness Studios sind dort . Der Ausblick war aber das beste Wohnung liegt im 14 stock und man sieht alles Traum ! Wir kommen wieder

Her şey tertemiz, düzenli ve özenliydi. Ev sahibine temizliğini yapan hanfendiye çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Çok memnun kaldık

Kadıköyde kaldığımız ev diğer evlerden ayrı olarak dizaynı çok farklıydı. Farklı bir deneyim yaşadık 4 katlı eve bu fiyat güzel. Kalabalık bir grup halinde kalınabilir 5 kişi rahat kaldık. Taharet musluğu kırıktı düzeltilebilir. banyo ve tuvalet temiz güzel kullanışlıydı. 65 inc televizyon vardı çok kullanışlıydı. Yataklar rahattı. Ev kadıköy ruhuna uygun farklı bir konseptli.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Ev temiz ve güzeldi konumu da gayet iyiydi ve sessizdi. Tevfik bey ile iletişim sorunsuzdu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

great place, very spacious, helped me order a taxi when I was leaving and was having troubles getting one, went above and beyond, awesome people!!

Orhan war als Gastgeber einwandfrei, alles klappte problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und (fast zu sehr) gut geheizt bei der Ankunft. Das Einzige, was Lärmempfindliche vielleicht beachten müssen: Es ist sehr ringhörig im Haus, sowohl zum Nachbarn daneben als auch nach aussen (nistende Möwen im Dachstock, die auch in der ganzen Nacht geschrien haben). Zudem gibt es wohl Leute, die mitten in der Nacht gerne klingeln. Orhan hat aber sofort und gut reagiert und einen Elektriker zur Stummschaltung der Türklingel vorbeigeschickt. Danke! :)
