Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ümraniye

I had a great stay experience! The house was extremely clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

The entire experience with the host staff and the apartment itself was excellent. Communications before & during our stay was timely & helpful. The early check-in was much appreciated by our group as we landed at 6:30am after a long flight. The host arranged for affordable transportation to/from the airport which was a big help. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the beds. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage up to the 4th floor bedroom room level. The kitchen is well stocked with the basic supplies. There are three different coffee makers. Not familiar with these fancy machines, we could have used some basic instruction on their use rather then trial and error. Once we figured out the main machine everyone enjoyed their own style of coffee. Not familiar with non-venting dryers we learned to empty the water holding reservoir to keep the dryer efficiently working. Overall it was a perfect place for the 8 of us attending a wedding.

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Excellent host, beautiful apartment, stunning views . Samet went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed pertaining to our stay. The apartment is immediately in front of the ferry, easy access wherever you want to go.

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Great place, with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Nicely decorated, but guests would need a small shopping trip for provisions as minimal provided (and no complimentary bottled water or coffee pods). Previous reviews on the stairs are not exaggerated so one to watch for older guests and/or anyone with substantial luggage. But worth it for the view. Good advice from the host and previous guests re problems with the address for taxis - we used the Rumeli Kale câfé address, which worked. The two upstairs bedrooms had issues with power (easily and quickly explained by the hosts), heating and no hot water and unfortunately smelt bad. Would recommend.

The house was perfect, clean and new, with everything you need. It is in a very quiet and very quiet area of Kadikoy. Yasin has always been super kind and responsive to any request, if I had to go back to İstanbul I would stay here again! I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host! I had an amazing stay at this private condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The host was outstanding—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. While the location is about a 35-minute to an hour Uber ride to most major attractions, I didn’t mind as the condo is nestled in a great neighborhood with lots to offer. I loved having coffee shops, a grocery store, and even a farmers’ market right downstairs—it made mornings so convenient and relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home base with an exceptional host. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Thank you Cengiz for your host! The appartement is very good full equipped. Ideally for long or short time. One big appartement where friend family can enjoy their time. The appartement is situated on one of the most beautiful places in Istanbul. Once i will he back in Istanbul for sure that is appartement that i will rent again.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Thanks to Gamze and Pirat the guard, we had a super nice stay. Beautiful Villa, clean. Lovely people. Beautiful surroundings. There were a few malfunctions in WiFi first day but will be resolved quickly. What we needed will be fine right away. House has 3 showers I thought 4. That was a little tricky one of the bathrooms you couldn't shower standing up. I definitely recommend it.

Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. great place to spend the weekend; Mr. Emre helped me get into the house. The garden and pool are pleasant . There is a barbecue set up in the garden and they also helped to light it. There is also a fireplace option available for cool days. It was a nicer house than the pictures.
