Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

Excellent value for money. Property is exactly as it appears in photos. It was perfectly clean and tidy and beautifully located in Yeldegirmeni, which remains the best neighbourhood we visited in Istanbul. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to others.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zeynep's house. We particularly liked the short distance to the ferry pier, from which you can quickly and comfortably explore Istanbul. The entrance of the beautiful and perfectly equipped property is located in a cul-de-sac. So you can walk the last stretch to the house in a relaxed way and admire the architecture around it. Thank you Zeynep for having us. As a family with children, we particularly appreciated the stair gate and the high chair. The thoroughfare nearby can be heard, but it does not bother you. If you are sensitive, you should simply pack earplugs, as this is a traditional wooden construction.

We are Turkish, and wanted to stay in a beautiful, historical place in Istanbul, and we're specifically looking at Ortaköy. the place is beautiful, and delivers exactly as described. it's amazingly walkable, and the neighborhood has great boat access for other places in Istanbul as well. the host is friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend. if you're looking to bring a car, Ortaköy itself can be a little challenging and tight. you'd need to get a parking. spot in a lot nearby

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Orhun was a great and very friendly host. The place is great and has a really perfect location to explore Istanbul from. Lots of restaurants, shopping, very good meze shops and bars around the corner. We felt very comfortable there and will gladly come back.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and the fact that the balcony door opens to the garden makes the house very nice.

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Istanbul in this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to access the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations to discover Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

I had a wonderful stay! The landlady and the landlord were very nice, helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated and felt right at home. The location is also great – the city center is easy and quick to reach by bus (stop 2-3 minutes' walk, bus comes almost every 3-4 minutes). Especially practical: a grocery store right on the ground floor in the same building – simply awesome! I highly recommend this place.
