Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ümraniye

Hello, it was a pleasant and peaceful place, would recommend to anyone. There was not a grill on the balcony for grilling. There was no umbrella on the balcony and the chairs were wet so we couldn't use the balcony. Everything else was great.

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

Caner had a nice place, very good communication

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

A very nice, large and well-equipped apartment. You feel right at home. The location is perfect - the port of Kadiköy is practically at your doorstep and there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was very pleasant, fast and friendly. Thanks for a great stay. All in all, a clear recommendation for a visit to Istanbul.

Can’t recommend Canberk’s place enough! An absolutely beautiful, super spacious flat in possibly the best location in Istanbul right in the heart of Kadikoy / Moda. Simply fantastic! The property offers breathtaking views and is equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. I am grateful to have experienced this special atmosphere. Nearby, there is a secure parking lot where you can park the car for relatively little money. Absolutely recommended!

We found this spacious apartment to be comfortable, relaxing and quiet and is as reflected in the pictures. The location is a very short distance to the beautiful bosphorous bridge and scenic waterway and there are many restaurants and markets nearby. Easy to get on a scenic cruise from there. Also, it's easy to get a taxi back to the apartment as there are hills and not as easy to walk up as it is to walk down so it may be a challenge for some. The place was very clean and bright and had great water pressure for taking a shower. The host responded very quickly to any questions we texted and always aimed to be helpful.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment
