I had a wonderful stay, from start to finish I was very comfortable. Alois and Carolina are open and welcoming. At the same time, I had the privacy and quiet that I came for. The apartment is detailed and lovingly designed. In a few minutes walk you are in the forest, but also to the train station and shopping it is not far on foot. I look forward to the next visit.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

It is a lovely cottage, clean, well-equipped, located in a quiet neighborhood. Barbra is very friendly, enthusiastic and forthcoming. It was nice to sit outside in a kind of private garden. Location is fine if you rent a car, I did this trip with public transport and then it is a little less suitable, distance to the bus was about 10 min. walk, uphill, supermarket also. Nevertheless, I had a great time!

Beautiful, cozy little winegrower's house! Everything is as described! The inn 20 meters away makes it perfect! Would have liked to have stayed longer!

A practical apartment. Lots of space. Everything was available. We slept well. Landlady very nice. She showed us the way with name tags. It was also very quiet despite the street. We liked it. Thank you again for letting us spend the week with you.

This place is truly a gem. Even better than the description. I was here for a full week for work at the university and it could not have been a better place to call home. Great neighborhood, so walkable. The apartment is large and well maintained. It had a washer which I wasn’t expecting but helped me out. The breakfast downstairs is great and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend for the value.

Quiet accommodation within walking distance of restaurants and attractions of Graz. Well furnished and everything you need is available. The only criticism: The bedroom is very narrow and the double bed on the wall is not very comfortable.

I was really happy with my stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you might need when traveling or on vacation, it really lacked nothing. The location is also great: shopping is just around the corner, and the tram or bus are also very close you can get anywhere quickly and easily I would especially like to highlight the hostess: She is incredibly warm, helpful and was always available if I had a question or needed support. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome in the apartment, almost like at home. It was a nice feeling to know that someone is there who cares. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place

The house was neat, clean, and spacious. Everything was within walking distance. You could reach the riverside in just a few minutes. The bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful and attentive. They did their best to assist with everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Having a parking space was also a great advantage. We had no issues finding the place or getting in.

Greay stay, the host really put an effort to make the place livable (spices fo cooking, tablet for washing machine, trash bags, a lot of plates and utensils etc.. )

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

A nice apartment in a suburb. Cuddly furnished, no useless frills and everything works perfectly. We spent a whole week there and felt very comfortable. The connection of the public transport to the city center is very close. We bought tickets via the Grazmobil app, register once and then it's easy. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Frederike gives good tips for art, culture and is a very pleasant host.
