Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with lots of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can reach Graz in 30 minutes by car and have many opportunities for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect to enjoy the tranquility and forget the stress.

I had a wonderful stay, from start to finish I was very comfortable. Alois and Carolina are open and welcoming. At the same time, I had the privacy and quiet that I came for. The apartment is detailed and lovingly designed. In a few minutes walk you are in the forest, but also to the train station and shopping it is not far on foot. I look forward to the next visit.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

One of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very clean, has everything a person might need (we even found a blender to make some milkshakes). The view from the house is amazing and we were especially happy to watch the cows who came by every day. Christine was super friendly and very helpful when we tried to find the place in the dark. Overall an amazing stay to get away from the city.

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

It is a lovely cottage, clean, well-equipped, located in a quiet neighborhood. Barbra is very friendly, enthusiastic and forthcoming. It was nice to sit outside in a kind of private garden. Location is fine if you rent a car, I did this trip with public transport and then it is a little less suitable, distance to the bus was about 10 min. walk, uphill, supermarket also. Nevertheless, I had a great time!

I had to go to Graz for business and made it into a trip with dogs, kids and a friend. Robert’s place was perfect for the occasion: central so we could explore the city, and peaceful so everyone could have a moment to breathe when needed. Robert was responsive and helpful, recommended restaurants were great. Place was squeaky clean, and just the right amount of lived in so it felt like a real home. We definitely recommend staying!

The flat is perfect! Cozy, very quiet and with everything needed. I felt very comfortable I found the distance by car to the castle school in St. Georgen to be good. I'd love to come back.

Nice small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated. Public transportation is easy and quick to reach.

We stayed in Graz for a week and arrived by train. The apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the city on foot, which we highly recommend. For further distances, the connection to public transport is also ideal. Just get out and go. When planning your trip, it's worth taking a look at the rich cultural offerings of Graz. The opera is a stone's throw away and there is an open-air stage on the Schlossberg. There is live music in many cafes, bars, gardens. We had a great breakfast in Café Fotter (about 1 km) and a rustic evening in the Eschenlaube right next to the accommodation (view of the cultural offer! Posted outside). Andreas warmly welcomed us and is easily accessible for questions.

A nice apartment in a suburb. Cuddly furnished, no useless frills and everything works perfectly. We spent a whole week there and felt very comfortable. The connection of the public transport to the city center is very close. We bought tickets via the Grazmobil app, register once and then it's easy. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Frederike gives good tips for art, culture and is a very pleasant host.

Everything was very well communicated. One day before check-in, you will receive a message with all the information about the stay (arrival, check-in, the apartment itself, recycling, check-out). The pdf with explanation we received was only in German. Maybe there were other languages available after request, but we didn't check this. For the rest, it was a friendly host and an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Excellent apartment, modern, spacious, clean and super equipped. Harald and Heidi were very attentive and promptly helped with what I needed. They also left several tips and guidelines on what to do and find nearby. It is close to everything, supermarkets, transportation, restaurants and shops. It has a great location in the Historic Center. I spent 9 days very well accommodated, which made me feel at home. Thank you for your hospitality. And I recommend it for sure!

Like last time, the apartment was perfectly clean and cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beautiful promenade along the Mura and a walk near the center. Mr. Heinz is a kind host, communication with him is fast and practical. We will come again for sure.

The location is really good. If the accommodation is in the old town, there may be many stairs or inconveniences, but it is a modern building a little away from the old town, and the park view in front is so nice.
