Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Styria

Neatly quiet and and beautiful this homeowner lived just across the street in the farmhouse. we have also been to the owner's cows for a while and enjoyed the milk you can buy at the farm every morning. Everything as one wishes was a great week without stress

It's like coming home and you immediately feel comfortable and know that you're as good as with friends. Although we didn't have good weather this time, the stay there made up for it and we will probably come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

The ski holiday in the old farmhouse was perfect for us. (4 adults 6 children ). Marianne and Fritz are super nice and totally helpful. There is a bun service and own eggs and honey. We were there for skiing and the ski resort is perfect for families and reachable in 5-10min by car. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

A very friendly house in an Austrian village, I'm glad we chose this place. We primarily went to Austria for skiing, so we didn't spend much time in the house, but it met all our needs. The owners were very kind and helpful, I recommend it to others as well.

The apartment was very nice and cozy – you immediately felt comfortable and could rest well. The location is perfect: A supermarket is just around the corner, the city is not far, and the highway is within easy reach. Really great!

Great host, helpful and welcoming. Easy to find and convenient location next to train station, less than 10 minutes from Halstadt. Great trail and a few restaurants plus supermarket close by.

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment (on the 2nd floor, balcony to the south) is modern, spacious for two people, well furnished and very clean with beautiful view of the lake. The bathing area belonging to the house is a quaint gem. So we imagine a relaxed, Carinthian swimming place.

We had super nice days in the apartment of Rianne & Bert. The apartment has a beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee and the mountain panorama. In addition, the apartment is very modernly furnished and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable, like at home :-).

🇭🇺 The apartment is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, relatively close to the lake. You can walk to the lake in 15-20 minutes. Downtown is 5-10 minutes by car, downtown paid parking can be avoided with blue zone - 3 hours free - with parking spaces. Worth that few minutes walk :) The botanical garden offers more attractions in the summer, the downtown is cozy, you can walk in a few hours. Our favorite was the lakefront, where we came back several times. The viewpoint for a half-hour drive offers a wonderful panorama. The place was a 10/10. Gerda was very helpful, the apartment had everything we needed for a few days. 🇬🇧The apartment was in the suburb of Klagenfurt. From the apartment the lake was 15-20 min walk. The city center was 5-10 min by car. We loved to take walks to the lake. By car there is a lookout around 30 min. The apartment was 10/10. Gerda was very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything that you need in a cupple of days. I do recomend to stay here if you visit the

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Nicole was an awesome host! She welcomed our little family with an open heart and had bed sheets for the little one available, even though, we didn't ask for that. Thank you!

Nice stay, very nice hostess! Apartment cozy and stylishly furnished, apartment also very centrally located. However, the apartment is not barrier-free (there are some stairs up to the bedroom) and the third sleeping place could be a little narrow and/or too short for larger people. But everything worked out for us :) Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

Had a great experience, again, with the Alpine Ski Resort, listed under Leavetown. The check-in went smoothly, got a replacement apartment after we discovered, that we don't have a balcony, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything prepared. Thank you.

The apartment was great for two people. More people can be accommodated, but then it becomes a bit scarce. So we had enough space on the terrace with a great view of the Karawanken and the numerous paragliders. The location on the slope is of course accompanied by a corresponding drive from the valley. It takes about 15-20 minutes to make it from/to the apartment. You just have to plan that on excursions, but it's definitely worth it. At the time of our trip in August, it was very quiet. There were hardly any neighbors and you could spend lazy days on the terrace without being disturbed. It was always about 6 degrees cooler at the apartment than in the valley. With sultry 32° on Lake Ossiach, this is really a nice thing.
