This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. Our vacation home is located by the lake, consists of four apartments (sleeping/living area in one), laundry room (incl. dryer) sauna + steam shower. The large lake property is an adventure place and oasis of relaxation, for swimming, sun & nature, relaxing. The contrast to overflowing lakes. Well secured, only separated from the house by an access road. Plus shared: children's playground, barbecue, fireplace, dining areas, rowboat, 2 SUPs, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.
