The house sits beautifully on the edge of the Au on a gravel pond. The area is wonderfully suitable for hikes and cycling, there is a spa in the nearby Bad Radkersburg and many other excursion destinations. We immediately felt very comfortable in the beautiful cottage. Leo and Andrea are great hosts, thank you for having us.

A good location for camping, easy and effective communication by the host

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ spa area with indoor/ outdoor pool was included. Breakfast and restaurant at the house are recommended. Great location right by the lake with direct access to swimming, bar and food right on the water - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

Lovingly furnished apartment with great balcony, quiet and very comfortable. A short walk from the beach, start for hiking trails/bike trails nearby. It was great, we will be back!

Very well maintained, very modern and fully equipped apartment with everything you need - ideal for relaxing directly. Roller shutter, awning, lounge furniture, loungers, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, air conditioning,... nothing is missing. We have known the house and surroundings for a long time, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to enjoy. A quiet house, not quite central but ideal for hiking, biking or just relaxing and swimming on the large sunbathing area with direct lake access. Thanks a lot!

An amazing location directly on Ossiach lake with a direct lake access, small grassy beach and a parking lot. A nice bonus - there is a floating platform in the lake just a stone throw away, which we used to jump into the lake and have fun. THE place for SUP board fans. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with 3 double bedrooms and a large balcony facing the lake. The beds are fine, the bed linen is clean. The bath towels could be larger. The Internet is free of charge. The password is on the wifi router. The place could be tidier as mentioned in previous comments. Almost no soap gel in the bathroom. The accomodation is not an entire private house, but an appartement on the 2nd floor with no lift. The access to two upper bedrooms is via a very steep staircase, which is not suitable for small children or elderly people. What we really missed were insect nets on the windows. There's a lot of insects coming in when you open to get fresh air, although no biting mosquitoes.

we had a fantastic stay. Sandra was extremely friendly and very flexible with our check in times. we felt right at home and the apartment was perfect for what we needed and access to the lake was stunning. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.thank you!
