Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern Europe

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

I feel like I want to write an essay! I know Barcelona well and staying in Les Planes was perfect. There is great walking from the doorstep. A train that runs every few minutes into Plaça Catalunya (get the T 1 casual tickets if you like a mix of walking and public transport), and all the facilities you need if you want to cook. It was definitely a home away from home. Cosy and comfortable with a terrace for breakfast and a couple of sunbeds too. We loved it!

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Mit einem Wort: Perfekt! Eine der besten AirBnB-Erfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Perfekt sauber, wohlriechende Bettwäsche/Handtücher, hervorragend ausgestattet, viele hilfreiche Details und liebevoll ausgewählte Produkte als Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist absolut ruhig im Haus, es liegt durchaus abgelegen, erreichbar über eine gut fahrbare Piste. Highlight ist ganz klar der beheizte Pool. Dank der Umzäunung ist er privat und auch windgeschützt. Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen - auch dank Maria, die im wahrsten Wortsinn ein Superhost ist.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Juste parfait, que ce soit au niveau de l’emplacement que du logement en lui-même. Cela répondait à tous nos critères.

La casa de María es una preciosidad, acogedora, limpia y tiene todas las comodidas posibles. Además, está en una zona muy tranquila. Creo que es la mejor opción para hacer turismo por la zona. Si volvemos por Pamplona seguro que nos volvemos a alojar aquí😊 Muchas gracias!

Un très bon séjour à Valence grâce à ce logement. Le toit terrasse est super agréable. Il y a des voisins forcément mais c'est un quartier très calme avec l'arrêt du métro ou des bus à quelques mètres. Dans l'appartement, on y retrouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un petit peu. Et les 2 chambres sont un vrai +. Nous recommandons ce logement pour vos vacances à Valence. Et l'hôte est très réactif. À la moindre question, nous avions une réponse. Merci beaucoup !

Eglantina a été extrêmement accueuillante. Ses instructions concernant le logement étaient tres claires également. Une hôte tres sympathique et attentive qui n'hésitera pas à vous donner les bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable.

wunderschöne und gut ausgestattet Wohnung in großartiger Lage. Obwohl im Herzen von Lissabon ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Filipa ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit bei der Ankunft und Abreise und mit vielen Tipps und Adressen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der morgendlichen Kaffee und Abends ein Glas Wein auf der sehr privaten Terrasse. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und einen perfekten Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wieder bei Filipa übernachten. Nochmals vielen Dank.

One of the best houses I’ve ever been. By the photos it looked amazing, but you enter the house, that’s when you realize how amazing the view, the spot and local area is. I would go there again and again without any doubt.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Daria couldn’t have been more helpful. Very good communication, friendly and efficent. Apartment was clean and comfortable, well equipped and had some nice touches. We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend and would recommend in turn

Eine schöne sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von Hagia Sofia und Sultanahmet Moscheen. Die Wohnung grenzt an die alte historische Stadtmauer und byzantinischen Palast der 1600 Jahre alt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Ali verlief einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles in der Wohnung was wir brauchten. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Zimmern nicht groß sind und keine Türen haben, was wahrscheinlich einfach typisch ist. Zudem ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig und in der Nähe verlaufen die Zugschienen. Uns hat das alles aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten und weiter empfehlen. The location was great, right on the seafront, and in between a load of nice restaurants and bars. We had a car, and there is on site parking available which was perfect. The room was spotless, modern and a good size, with a good sized kitchenette. Communication with Stefani was really easy, and she was able to accommodate a late checkout for us, which involved the cleaner moving all of our things to another room, as we were returning from Chania later than expected. The roof terrace is fantastic, with an undisturbed view of the sea - the infinity pool really does look amazing, and is a real sell for this airbnb over others in the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

L'appartamento è così come appare nelle foto, perfetto anche per 4 persone grazie al secondo bagno. Si trova in una delle zone più belle di Roma, a un passo da Via Giulia, pochi minuti a piedi da Castel Sant'Angelo e Piazza Navona, ma comunque in un'area estremamente tranquilla e non affollata. Posizione fantastica. Filomena è stata attenta alle nostre richieste e pronta nelle risposte. Un'host eccezionale. Raccomando a tutti di soggiornare qui, non ve ne pentirete.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Patrizia war hervorragend. Besonders die Kommunikation, die aufgeräumte tadellose Wohnung sowie die beiden grossen und gemütliche Balkone waren super. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Kaffee Maschine, entspricht vielleicht nicht mehr den heutigen Bedürfnissen. ich war jedoch erstaunt wie gut der Kaffee mündete und dies ohne Kapseln. gerne wieder in der Wohnung von Patrizia .

I really enjoyed my time there. You can take a lot of photos. The space is very suitable for photography. The environment is quiet and peaceful.

It was great time , great place and great Rui. Apartment really clean and has everything that you can need. We have breakfast at home( all equipment at your service), for lunch and dinner we choose every time different restaurant and enjoy best food . Beach just couple minute away. Spain and Portugal was so nice even at off season time. We think our vacation in Manta Rota at Rui's apartment was good idea, hope to do this again!

We have just come home after a fantastic family holiday in Costa Adeje. We are absolutely delighted we picked Sandra’s villa to spend a weeks holiday over Easter. The communication from Sandra was excellent, the villa is perfectly located to explore with young children and immaculate throughout. A special thank you to Miguel for showing us around and to Sandra for being so welcoming and for the thoughtful recommendations. We would definitely book again if we return to Tenerife. ☀️
