Far from busy places, this is a small farm set in a natural amphitheatre of green hills, olive trees, and woods. Lumas, like the SuLove region the farm takes its name from, has remained an authentic and living farming place. Coming here feels a bit like stepping back in time. Life is simple: birds in the morning, sometimes a donkey in the distance, farmers working as they always have. If you feel like it, you can go for a walk, visit the Sineci waterfall, or spend some time in Berat.

You won't want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place, with beautiful routes along the banks of the Júcar. The room has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a mini-fridge. You can request breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the tavern. It's optional. There may be cats in the common areas.

Newly renovated apartment, with stunning views of the valley. The house is the result of the renovation of an old Carnic "stavolo," a stable where animals rested and harvested hay was dried. The Gufo Nero is a cottage suitable for a relaxing vacation spent admiring the view of the Carnic Alps and sipping a good Friulian wine, in front of the fireplace from which a fallen owl was rescued by mistake and blackened by soot.
