We had a superb experience at the Villa. It is as functional as it is beautiful. Large open space amazing pool. We were a party of 8 which consisted of our core family of 5 plus my patents and brother. The suit on the ground floor was perfext for my parent’s who are in their 80s and have trouble with stairs and the fully independent and separated unit was perfect for my brother giving him privacy. The host Makis was very responsive and helpful and Akrivi the wonderful house keeper that came in every day to clean was also wonderful. I truly recommend the villa.

The most pristine and beautifully decorated home with exquisite panoramic views of the Chianti region. The property also has manicured gardens to stroll thru and a pool to enjoy. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. Truly a dream destination and property- we definitely plan on returning and recommending to all our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property was spotless, spacious, and extremely well-equipped — it truly had everything we needed and more to relax by the pool or enjoy big family home cooked meals. The outdoor space was equally amazing. The pool was perfect — clean, well-maintained, and enjoyed by everyone from toddlers to adults. There's also plenty of parking (garage, driveway, and street), which made things easy for our group. The location was ideal for us. A local restaurant, Tiramisú, was just a short walk away and great for takeaway or a relaxed meal. A supermarket was only a 2-minute drive, and the beach was just over a 30-minute walk or a quick 7-minute drive. Our host Nicolas was incredibly welcoming and made us feel really looked after throughout our stay. This villa is the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday — peaceful, comfortable, private and thoughtfully set up. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Amazing place, would stay here forever if I could! The cleaner is also great, she asked what time we wanted breakfast everyday and brought us a selection of stuff Inc fresh fruit every morning and cleaned whenever she was around. The pool and outside space was great, had an amazing view of mountains and vineyards. This was the perfect getaway!

Our stay at Etheas Villas was nothing short of perfect. The villa was private, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view that made every moment feel special. Chef Spyros provided the best meals we had on the island, each one more delicious than the last. Yanni has truly thought of everything, making the entire trip seamless from the moment we landed until we took off. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. We can’t wait to book again and relive the experience!
