Vacation rentals with a pool in Southern Europe

If you are looking for a big beautiful house for a family holiday, look no further! This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet countryside but only ten minute drive to a big supermarket. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and playing boules. Photos don’t do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. Would recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lise was very responsive in her communication. We drove through the night to get to the house and Lise kindly offered us a one off earlier check in, which we were grateful for.

We can only reiterate all the other effusive comments about Yann’s place - The ‘Pavilon’ is the very best in tranquil luxury. Set on the other side of the pool in front of Yann and Bernard classically proportioned villa, the accommodation is beautifully furnished and decorated with comfort very much to the fore. Positionally, the Pavilon benefits from the cooling breeze from the sea and it’s only a 10 min walk, besides Marshan Park, into the historic kasbah. Yann is an excellent host and the breakfast provided each morning by his staff was delicious. We shall defintely return.

Everything about this house is just perfect. We felt completely at home from the very first moment. The location is fantastic – absolutely peaceful and surrounded by nature. The house is spotlessly clean, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. A truly special place. Simbad was extremely accommodating and always easy to reach. A wholehearted recommendation. We will definitely come back.

We were before the start of the summer season. There were not many other tourists. The weather was ideal. For our family of five, the villa and its three bedrooms were just the right size. It was a nice surprise that the villa also had a bricked outdoor grill and pizza oven. The tiny little road was a surprise when we arrived in the dark and almost stopped faith. It would have been nice to have a tavern or/shop within walking distance. We only had one driver. The week went by quickly and was fun. We recommend it to other family groups.

We have just spent three wonderful days at this outstanding villa. It’s just stunning the house is more than you could wish for. Pictures do not do it justice and the outside kitchen and pool area are s amazing. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough ❤️❤️we will be back

This unit is stunning and full of modern conveniences like motorized blackout shades, smart tv, flexible lighting options, LED fireplace and contemporary furniture. Hosts have a guide of helpful suggestions to explore, provision & enjoy. Neighborhood is quiet (unit is nearly soundproof) and parking is easy inside gate or on street.

Amazing place with mind-blowing view of the sea and sunset. A lovely private pool with sundeck chairs makes this place totally worth every penny. Can get a little windy at times since it's on a hill. Highly recommended for couples. Maria was extremely friendly and sweet and left us some welcome fruits, chocolates and wine. Aliki was a hidden gem away from the crowds with a great local beach and some lovely restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place! It exceeded our expectations. Andrea was very responsive, helping us to navigate the area and European appliances :-)! We would love to stay again as our family had an amazing time!

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Loved our stay at Jesus’ place - it is beautifully presented and even better in person than in the pictures. Had everything we needed and appreciated the extra touches like water, crisps cans of drink etc on arrival - very thoughtful. The place is a great location - equal distance to old town and puerto banus so not too expensive by cab either way. The terrace is so gorgeous with lovely views and the pool is also lovely, clean and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is fantastic. Not so close to the coastal road, but also not too high. Didn't need a car all week. 2 euros for the bus to Genoa, or Sankt Margarita is also casual. I guess this won't be the last time with Carlo and Lucia. Very nice, thank you

This is an incredible location, would recommend staying at this airbnb if you want a less touristy beach and strip to walk. The host is super friendly and responds super fast to any inquiries. The airbnb is super cute and great for a small group!

Our stay was excellent!! Ricardo and his family are very friendly, the space and the accommodation on the bus were fantastic. We had everything we needed to cook. There's a lot more to tell, but future guests will have to discover it! This experience on the bus is really worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. It was such a unique and personal experience that made us feel truly connected to the space and the spirit of the farm. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, feel grounded, and enjoy genuine hospitality, Rita’s space is an absolute gem. I’m already looking forward to the day I can return.

Le Mas de l’Estel is a perfect place for a larger gathering in the heart of the southern Luberon. The property is a perfect haven of peace, beauty and comfort. It is a stunning conversion and the attention to detail is second to none. The gardens surrounding the property are superb. They have been beautifully designed and are maintained to perfection. It was a joy to wake up to such beauty every morning. You can walk to either Ansouis or Cucuron (30 mins) for perfect Provençal hilltop village experiences, or use the bikes provided instead. We enjoyed the pools while admiring the view of the Grand Luberon hills. Our party also enjoyed the range of activities available at the property, including boules and giant chess. Thank you to Morgane and Christophe for sharing Le Mas de l’Estel with us. We appreciated the very warm welcome, local tips and the wonderful local treats provided in Morgane’s welcome basket. We could not have been happier with our stay and would love to return.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

Absolutely idyllic! Our stay at this Airbnb was perfect, especially with our 1-year-old. The host thoughtfully provided so many essentials, including a high chair, cot, and even a baby bath, which made our trip incredibly easy and comfortable. The place itself is just beautiful. We loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The grassy area was fantastic, and the pool was surprisingly bigger than we anticipated, offering plenty of space to relax. With loungers available both upstairs and down, there were always comfortable spots to unwind. Having a car was definitely a bonus for exploring, as everything we needed was literally just 5 to 10 minutes away. While you could walk to some places, a car made getting around super convenient. It was also very easy to get to from Faro Airport. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing, and truly idyllic getaway!

She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and was always quick to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic—quiet, safe, and ideal for families with kids. Just a few minutes’ drive to beautiful Tossa de Mar, it offered both tranquility and convenience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was spotless and a huge hit with the kids. Ruslana’s attentiveness made everything even better—her quick responses and warm hospitality were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable family getaway.
