The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean views. One of them is completely glazed, thus creating a spacious and bright space. Both the living room windows and those in the two bedrooms have automatic opaque blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and viscoelastic foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
