Excelente alojamiento! Está súper bien ubicado, es muy lindo, muy cómodo y tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Felipe es excelente anfitrión, fue muy amable y respondió a cada una de nuestras inquietudes. Recomendado 100%

We had a fantastic stay in Quito! The unit is located in a great neighborhood with lots to do, and the building is secured by a 24/7 guard. We loved the decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Diego and Monica are very responsive and proactive, with clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

La ubicacion y la torre estaban increibles, muchas opciones para comer cerca y la alberca muy bonita. El departamento en si estaba un poco apretado para 3 personas pero muy bonito y bien cuidado. Lo unico es que no hay aire acondicionado y si hacia mucho calor. El sofa cama estaba un poco incomodo pero todo lo demas estuvo muy bien!

Excelente alojamiento. Un espacio acogedor y cálido además de buenas vistas. Las atracciones del edificio son un plus. Jorge es un excelente anfitrión y muy atento.

La maravillosa vista que tiene! Es increíble La Paz y la tranquilidad del edificio! El anfitrión súper amable, el ingreso al edificio demasiado rápido!todo muy cómodo y ordenado hay para hacer de todo en la cocina! Sin duda alguna volvería a este hermoso apartamento.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, juste en face de la mer, avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Se réveiller chaque matin avec le bruit des vagues et profiter de la vu depuis le salon a été un vrai privilège. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et très confortable.le jacuzzi était un plus appréciable et la sécurité de l’immeuble nous a rassuré.L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Me encantó este alojamiento. Definitivamente regresaría. Está bien equipado y es apto para quienes quieran pegarse una escapada, como para quienes quieran un lugar con lindas vistas o ambos. Recomendado.

Kevin’s space is fantastic! The outdoor space especially is stellar, and has something for everyone - pool, playground, outdoor theater area, pizza oven, you name it. The only thing is there aren’t any trees to provide shade, so it’s very warm in the middle of the day. Everything was awesome and clean and exactly as described. Kevin was super responsive and greeted us upon arrival. Amenities in the house were very thoughtful (e.g. he had the pack and play set up for us before we arrived for our son). The only bummer is the traffic from the road was a little loud when trucks and motorcycles went by, as it’s off a somewhat busy road, but not a dealbreaker by any means. Would come back for sure!

As fotos não demonstram toda a beleza do chalé, Jaqueline me ajudou muito, tornou um momento único e especial para mim e minha namorada, lugar sensacional, chalé incrível e cidade muito linda, tudo muito perto e de facil acesso, lugar super privado e confortável!!!

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A banheira com vista para as estrelas foi maravilhosa. A lareira dentro da casa é um charme e fez toda a diferença num dia frio. O ambiente se tornou ainda mais aconchegante. Félix foi um excelente anfitrião, nos recomendou restaurantes próximos e sempre foi muito atencioso em todas as nossas comunicações. Muito obrigada. Foi um aniversário muito legal!

El estudio de Veronica es agradable y cómodo, lo recomiendo. Veronica ed amigable y muy pronta para responder en todo momento.

Beautiful place and great price. Would highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Host is super responsive and helpful. Checkin and out directions are super clear and a private parking space is available.

El departamento supero mis expectativas, muy confortable tiene todo lo necesario y hasta otras comodidades pero lo mejor de todo la atención de José Gabriel muy atento y servicial. Totalmente satisfecha!

Great place. You dont really need to leave. Everything you need is there.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Foi a nossa segunda estadia no apartamento e, mais uma vez, tudo foi impecável! O espaço é muito limpo, bem equipado e com uma localização e vista excelentes. O anfitrião foi atencioso, com uma comunicação ágil e flexível. Sem dúvida, é o nosso local favorito para as viagens a Mendoza. Com certeza voltaremos!

Andres was very nice since we first met him. He was always communicating and very informative with recommended places to eat and places to visit but also avoid to be safe. Andres looked out for us and made check in super easy . Thank you for all you did andres !

La llegada fue excelente, muy fácil de encontrar y en seguida nos dieron acceso al comprobar la identidad. Tiene unas vistas increíbles y está muy cerca de diferentes zonas de ocio.
