Villa vacation rentals in South America

Joelina and Denzil's listing is nicely tucked away in a peaceful area. Denzil was very friendly and gave clear information. We felt comfortable communicating with him. The area felt safe and the pool was a nice addition. We had a nice stay.

This was a great home base for our visit. It was easy to get to from the ferry, and then lots to do close by. The house itself was more spacious than the pictures show, and then lots to pool was of course the highlight. Great for my son, who swam in it all the time. Great for bird watching as well. The restaurant was fantastic, and had a kids menu and play area. For the activities, Noelia was very helpful to organize things. For the turtle island and bioluminescence, we did all in one day. Would recommend splitting them up and also driving to the location rather than being picked up by boat. Was only half hr drive. And for bioluminescence they send you home via taxi because it is after dark. But both activities were amazing! Otherwise there are lots of things close by, and had everything we needed for our family. Loved it!

Staying here was simply amazing. It felt like we were living in paradise for 2 weeks and every day we discovered a new animal! The house is stunning and well equipped and communication from our hosts was excellent. You will require a 4x4 to get to the property and the main supermarket is about 20 minute drive away. There are many activities to do in the area and all details on how to book them are provided by Brendon. We highly recommend staying at Pure View Villa - you will regret it if you don’t!

The House is Amazing & Oscar the concierge was very attentive and helpful setting up our daily excursions. This was a Great trip to Costa Rica!

The villa was wonderful for my family! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. The pool was lovely; a perfect spot to relax & have fun. We had everything we needed to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. Proximity to the beach and commerce was also ideal. We were very comfortable and made many precious memories. We will be back! A few tiny cons: One evening we did leave one of our cars unlocked and someone rifled through the glove box and vehicle but luckily there was nothing in the car of any value. I reported this to the hosts. There are some minor repairs and upkeep that needs to be done to make this home truly top tier: one of the fans on the patio outside above the table was not working, there was a leak in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms so I had to put a bowl and plenty of towels to keep the wood from damage, the screen for the slider door in the FR is broken, etc… The hosts are eager to please and great communicators. Some small tweaks and this spot would be perfect!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

If I had the option to give 10 stars I would! Solange was always very helpful and friendly, assisted me with all questions and always responded quickly. The house is excellent, close to the village center. It's exactly as shown in the photos, but unfortunately we stayed a short time :( I want to come back again to enjoy it more. To be able to better enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace! But the highlight of everything was Roberta, who works at the house. She prepared a very special coffee for us on those days and took care of everything with great affection! I confess that I even cried when I left, because both the house and Roberta in fact leave that longing for a special place and person! The house has 3 en-suites, which made it very easy since we were 3 couples. The view from the master suite is beautiful, overlooking the dunes. Absolutely nothing was missing on the days we were there, what was missing was more time to enjoy. I just want to thank you for this wonderful space!

Wonderful stay, clean, spacious and modern. Pool was fantastic as were the showers in the unit. Wished we could have stayed longer!

If you are looking for a wonderful condo, in a scenic and relaxing location with access to a little adventure, this is the right place for you. Playa Flamingo is a quiet and beautiful beach with both big and small waves depending on the time of the day. This condo community is also quiet while offering so many amenities. The staff are amazing and you never have to fight for chairs. The salt water pools and beach are just steps away from your condo. Dania is the perfect host. She planned our airport transportation, golf cart rental, surf lessons, fishing charter, and waterfall hike. Everyone was there (even early) when she said they would be. Costs were upfront. Dania really made this the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Better than an all inclusive in my opinion. Rent a golf cart and easily access restaurants and grocery stores. Food prices are high in the area. We have 2 kids, 12 and 15 years old, and all four of us can't stop talking about what a wonderful vacation we had.

This place is honestly magical, even more stunning in real life. It’s the most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed in without a doubt. What made it so special for us was being able to sit outside on the balcony and watch the wildlife as if you were sat in a national park. It’s truly astonishing, I saw the most beautiful birds. The place is exceptionally clean, the cleaner was amazing and access to washing facilities is a bonus as we were able to wash a few things before our long journey home. The pool area is also pristine. My kids loved it so much they were very very sad to leave! We are not usually ones to stay at the pool but during our stay here we spent most of the time at the villa because it was just out of this world. The BBQ area is amazing and we grilled some delicious fresh fish! Highly recommend doing your own BBQ! Thankyou so much for a very memorable stay, we will never forget it!

This place was perfect with the best possible view of the city. Francis was very responsive and made the stay perfect. Will use this house again for future stays.

Our stay at the Old City Villa was absolutely great. We had a smooth check in and they accommodated us being early We hired the maid service which was very useful. Maryem the property manager was super helpful as she would bring the groceries we requested and our breakfasts would be ready based on our plans. She also helped order food when we wanted to stay in. The location was perfect as everything was a walkable distance to all the nice restaurants/bars. Ricardo from the concierge service team was incredibly helpful and professional during our stay. He organized our airport transportations and our day trips to Rosario Island and Palenque and gave great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He was patient, easy to reach and payment was seamless. I would totally recommend him to anyone staying in the area!

Yonatan’s home and hospitality is the best experience I have ever had on AirBnb—the house is stunning, Yonatan’s communication was beyond excellent. He set up cabs for us, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, had a private link to set up excursions with Local Bird, a great delivery service to get groceries (SippDelivery) and had beer and wine and treats from the AMAZING local bakery waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are soooo comfortable and laundered to perfection by the housekeeper, Deyling, who comes every day. We brought my parents as a gift and it was a gift to us all that we chose Villa Kaleo. The pool is great, the view is gorgeous. We saw white face monkeys, iguanas, heard howler monkeys—all around the house. Highly recommend horseback riding with Oscar as well. GO!

The villa and views were absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their stay and definitely would like to come back one day.

This place is amazing! We loved the location. Great access to snorkeling across the street and beautiful walkways along the ocean. The house is just like the pictures, luxurious, safe and clean. Inside was beautiful and outside was also amazing! We enjoyed the firepits both in the front and in the back. The pool was great and there were lots of places to sit and relax. In addition to the beautiful property, with all the amenities (well stocked kitchen with all the necessary essentials for cooking) and amazing location, Sharonna/staff could not have been better hosts! Easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions and ensured we had a terrific vacation. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay with Ginny and Sam. Prior and during our stay, we had good contact with Sam. He is very helpful, quick to respond and regularly came by for the maintenance of the pool. In the stay, there is actually everything you need. The outdoor space is very relaxed and green, the pool is well maintained and in the shed you can use the washing machine. Inside there are three spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms and a kitchen in which the necessary items such as a dishwasher and oven are available. In terms of location, you can reach Willemstad within 15 minutes by car and the beaches such as Mambo and Jan Thiel. We could be found more at the west point and for that you have to count around 60 minutes in terms of traffic. Villa Hye is also in a quiet place. The neighbors do have dogs, so you can hear barking from time to time when people or cars come by. This actually only makes you feel safe.

Amazing villa just minutes away from downtown puerto cayo. Marble floors, a/c’s in every room, televisions with Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, big dining room, and comfortable living room. The pool was very fun and relaxing. The guard dog, Shakira, is friendly and good at her job. The sliding huge gate makes you feel very safe. Lush landscaping and beautiful surroundings.

The stay was nothing but awesome, Ms Helen energy is absolutely amazing and her place outstanding, would definitely recommend , I felt right at home, I would definitely come back

Cannot recommend Villa Nova enough! It was perfect for a large group. Very comfortable common spaces & extremely convenient location walking distance to the entire downtown area of Tamarindo made it super relaxing and easy to coordinate with such a large group. It's a very private property but still right in the middle of everything. The hosts were so responsive and helpful when planning transportation and things to do! Our entire group of 10 couldn't stop talking about how great of a stay it was. Highly recommend and if / when we travel back to Tamarindo we will absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay! Can’t say enough wonderful things. Barbara was always so responsive before and during our stay. This house has everything you need - plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, clear directions on how to use everything, wonderful outside space and pool, beach chairs, cooler . . the list goes on and on. We enjoyed an equal amount of evenings dining out and cooking dinner/relaxing by the pool. We used Island Rides Car Rental which was amazing - they picked us up at the airport, brought us to the house and our rental car was at the house waiting for us. Don’t hesitate - book this house for your trip to Aruba!!!! I have already recommended to several family and friends.

We loved Steven’s villa, it was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It was nice to have our own private pool but it could have been warmer! The resort was beautiful but had lots of up hill walking, we were so thankful for the bus it was easy to catch and came very often. The food was amazing at all the beach locations and our favourite restaurant was Gingers just outside the resort! Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing! Thank you so much for offering a beautiful place to stay.

The property was very clean, in a good location central to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was ample. The back yard was very nice with the covered patio, swimming pool, bbq grill, and lawn furniture. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear) was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer were very useful. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home with our family.
