Vacation rentals with beach access in South America

Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Excellent stay! Margarita’s place was stunning, spotless, and exactly as described in the photos. I felt extremely safe and comfortable—there’s a 24/7 security guard at the door, which gave me great peace of mind. The location is perfect: walkable to everything, but just far enough from the busy areas for a quiet night’s sleep. Margarita was very responsive and proactive with helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great stay and relatively affordable. They have some items in the fridge like a hotel mini-bar would, which means it’s convenient, but maybe 3x what you would pay in the store or with rappi. Also, if you’re doing a longer stay make sure you buy your own toilet paper or ask for more with 24 hour notice since there’s only 2 rolls available for guests in the property :) Overall, 5 stars, thanks for hosting!

I highly recommend this place! It’s close to every convenience, clean, and it is even better and more spacious than it looks on the pictures. About Arturo, I couldn’t ask for a better host in Lima honestly. He was perfect, easy to communicate with and available, give clear instructions and good recommendations. I had a good stay there!

Everything was perfect!

You wake up and already have your foot in the sand, with the calm sea less than 2m away, it is a delight even on rainy days. The house, besides being beautiful, is super cozy, airy and well lit, Francisco and the staff who work in the condominium were very helpful and kind, and always responded quickly. If you're looking for a few nice, quiet days, I highly recommend it. Ps: I went with my dog and the space is amazing for those who have pets. The garden is quite spacious.

This house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the pool, hot tub and view. I highly recommend some time relaxing at the house. Fabian was very helpful in planning excursions. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! We also were grateful for enough seating for everyone in our party both outside and in the living room. We did have a 1 year old with us and that was challenging in the layout of the house but we made it work. Highly recommend this house and this area. So much to do! Do the daytime Mangrove tour and guided MA park tour. Pura Vida!

Second time I've stayed, it's a divine experience!

This was easily the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at, the place is even better than the pictures. Not only was it the best place, but Brett was also the best host I have ever experienced. The communication was top notch and he made us feel at home. The bed is so comfortable, the pool is amazing, the place was super clean and it is stocked with everything you need to have an incredible trip in Aruba. The location of this place is perfect and super safe. Highly recommend!

The stay at Guilherme's place was amazing! The listing is exactly as in the description photos. A beautiful place, super calm, very close to nature, but not far away by car from the historic center of Paraty (approximately 15 minutes), which for us was the perfect middle ground. Communication was excellent, Guilherme was very helpful all the time and gave us great tips. One of the ones we liked best was Praia da Rosa, a beach that is close to the house and its access is by a dirt road and then a small trail of approximately 10 minutes, the whole path is very beautiful and the beach is of unparalleled beauty. For those who like tranquility, nature, but also do not give up a little more conventional sightseeing Guilherme's house is the perfect place. We definitely plan to come back again!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From arrival to departure we felt at home. Questions were answered immediately and our host was extremely proactive in finding or sourcing items we needed. Highly recommend their recommendation for an ATV rental, we were thrilled at having this at the place with us and made getting into town a breeze! We felt incredibly safe and everything we needed was a short distance. The house is exceptionally private and well furnished. The pool is pristine and again, the hosts are just top notch. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and never have had such a seamless level of communication. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable trip for my family. I cannot wait to return!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The location was the best right on the beach the views and sunset amazing if anyone coming to Cartagena book the place without second thought. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

excellent apartment! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and it was a very cozy and very well equipped place. Ximena takes care of all the details you need to have a perfect stay. I only found the shower to be small, for a person with obesity I do not recommend it. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and excellent hygiene.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids staying in Sean's beautiful place. It's big, plenty of space and a balcony with unbelievable views! The best thing was a private beach just a few steps away, perfect for relaxing and swimming. Another bigger beach is about 10-15 minutes to walk or a couple minute drive. We came during off season so it was very quiet which was perfect for us. We also walked about 10 min to the Marina for a boat tour which was very convenient. Thank you, Sean!
