Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful views of Guarapari, breathtaking! The place is exactly as shown in the photos and has everything that is described. You can see Rhaynner's care in every detail. I recommend it with my eyes closed, and I will miss the visit a lot! From the building, you can walk to the black sand beach and the chestnut beach. It has a nearby market, pharmacy and bakery.

Aaron's place was beautiful and spotless clean just like description. I appreciate all the amenities and cookwares available for use which made my stay cozy just like home. Absolutely ideal airbnb experience. Great location. Responsive host. Clean apartment. Hot water worked. AC was powerful. Security was always present at entrance. Pool was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Spectacular house! Very comfortable and in a prime location. In the mornings, black-necked swans and caiquenes arrive at the edge of the house. 100% recommended! An experience.

I can’t say enough how lovely this home was. I have never stayed at an Airbnb so well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need and more, and made travel with young kiddos so much easier. Joost provided beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, sand toys, pool toys and so much more. The kitchen had every appliance, pan, utensils you could need, and the place itself was just beautiful with the most beautiful view. This place is a MUST STAY. Thank you Joost for putting so much thought into your place it was truly the most perfect stay.

A spectacular place to relax and unwind as a family! The house has a very warm vibe. The sunset views from the main room and living room are simply spectacular. We'd be happy to come back!

Sergio’s place was simply amazing. I loved sitting outside smelling the fresh avocado trees and relaxing in the pool. Sergio was responsive and gave great recommendations. Emeralda was so helpful ! Her cooking was better than restaurants we ate locally. I highly recommend the BBQ mix . It was awesome!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

If you’re looking for a safe place in a great, walkable location, book this Airbnb! The pool and rooftop spaces were lovely with great views. There was a restaurant / bar on the second floor which was a perfect spot for a tropical drink happy hour and snack! There was a delicious coffee shop and more restaurants / shops right below the condo too. Plus, short walking distance to some of the best shopping and restaurants on the island. (Lucy’s, West Deck, Aru-bean were some of the highlights for us). We enjoyed this location vs the pricier spots right on the beach. (Only a $10-20 taxi to visit the beaches from this condo) Mahssa’s communication was incredible and she greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. She also had great recs for beaches, restaurants and more! The security workers in the condo were friendly and helpful - always calling us taxis (no Ubers on the island!) and recommending local spots. We felt very safe the entire time and the condo is a perfect spot for 2!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The impressive amenities, including a beautiful pool and two bathrooms, made it incredibly convenient for our group. The spacious terrace with unobstructed views of the beach and water was a perfect spot to relax. The area is very walkable, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions in Cartagena. I came down for a quick celebration for my brother-in-law, but I’m already looking forward to returning to explore more of this vibrant city. Huge thanks to Maria for being an exceptional host! Insanely beautiful Airbnb and epics views! It was like a magazine. I would stay again!

We were 2 adults and 2 kids staying in Sean's beautiful place. It's big, plenty of space and a balcony with unbelievable views! The best thing was a private beach just a few steps away, perfect for relaxing and swimming. Another bigger beach is about 10-15 minutes to walk or a couple minute drive. We came during off season so it was very quiet which was perfect for us. We also walked about 10 min to the Marina for a boat tour which was very convenient. Thank you, Sean!

Sensational location! It totally matched the photos! I've never seen so many blankets in an Airbnb. Very good indeed! Everything is clean and tidy. Of course, an unusual view of the sea!!
