Vacation rentals with a home theater in South America

Everything was great, we felt at home, we stayed in 4 (couple and 2 children). The space is super! Very well decorated, clean, everything better than in the photos, we are always in SP and I'm sure it will be the extension of our house.

Diego and Monica are remarkably helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious, calming, extremely clean and has breathtaking views. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, the park and botanical garden, and the subway, it's easy to get around. The gym and game room in the first floor are added bonuses. It was great!

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Great location, quiet and safe! Close to Punta Carretas Shopping Mall. Extremely clean and cozy environment. Lourdes is a great host, she attended to us quickly and was extremely attentive. We had tea and coffee available upon our arrival. We really liked it and recommend it without a doubt!

wow, this is a nice hotel quality room but it is in one of the most interesting hotels i have ever seen. there is strange art in multiple places. i just loved it and added extra days to my stay just to experience it. I also like this area of town, lots of parks around and the locals are friendly. BTW, if looking for security, this is pefect.

The stay in the studio met all expectations. We chose the location because of its proximity to the North Expo Center, but I was extremely satisfied with the conditions of the place. Photos consistent with the apartment, comfortable bed, very well-equipped kitchen, clean and organized bathroom, great shower. The living room sofa is a little small, but I understand it's due to the size restriction of the place, so nothing to complain about. We had a minor setback with the water supply in the studio. However, it was a general problem of the building, and Andreia was extremely helpful in assessing the situation and providing us with many updates on the situation. If we had the opportunity, we would stay with Andreia again. I highly recommend it!!

The location was exactly what we'd hoped for... On the "main" road directly across from the ocean. The apartment was also wonderful. A bit difficult to find initially but Karla was EXTREMELY helpful / responsive and arrived without any glitches. (Website description could be more clear). Downsides: As mentioned by another guest the mattresses are rock hard. The hardest I've ever tried to sleep on - which meant I barely slept and woke up sore every day. The location is also noisy as the windows are the non-sealing / sliding pane type (common in Brazil) which do not block outside noise such as partying / screaming people, dogs barking, etc. Earplugs solved this issue but the stiff mattresses would preclude from renting this location again. We loved the apartment but a person has to be able to rest/sleep.

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

Very satisfied with Kevin's service, any questions we had, he answered quickly, the house is super comfortable, as seen in the photos, the privacy of the place is excellent, my children enjoyed the pool a lot, the truth is everything 10/10, I would rent again without a doubt.

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard. I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the bottom is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the directions to get there need to be more detailed with landmarks.

The house is great! Totally spacious and cozy! I spent my birthday with my family and the stay was perfect! The house was all clean and they had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. They had games available, a projector to watch movies on the outdoor screen, among other things. 10/10 :)

It was a very nice stay. The photos match reality. Felix is very attentive and helpful. The place is quiet and secluded, with a great view! The house is fully equipped for the stay. As a tip, I advise you to follow the instructions that Felix sends to get to the house and then also use the same path to return, because due to an oversight in the GPS on the way back I put it on the shortest (but more difficult) path and really the other is much better (which Felix recommends, in this case).

Great stay, the terrace was private and big with a great view. I was worried the trains were going to be loud but that was no issue. You can leave the bedroom open or close it with movable doors which was cool. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent place. Very nice and cozy. The decor was very nice. The building has a fabulous view, a bar in the lobby and I liked the decor of the apartments with different concepts. 100% recommended.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

✨ An unforgettable experience in Mendoza! From the moment we entered the apartment, we already felt that we were in a special place. Every detail of the decoration was thought out with very good taste. The environment is very clean, cozy, comfortable... and the shower? a spectacle in itself! The bath is another experience, with shampoo, soap, conditioner, waking up there and having breakfast with that scenery, a wide view of the city and the Cordillera in the background was simply romantic and magical. Before the trip, I asked the host for a special treat to surprise my wife: flowers, chocolates and a cold cuts board. It was an extra service, prepared with care and the attention to detail that exceeded all expectations. Everything was impeccable and we were thrilled! The building is also a charm in itself! Very well located. Enrique and Andrea are super hosts! If you're thinking about visiting Mendoza, this apartment will transform your trip. We already want to go back!
