If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Unique accommodation in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Guest house is located about 150m from the beachesand parking directly on the plot. Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rentals 2025 week 24-27 (weekly) and week 32-35 (weekly)

By the sea in Brantevik

By the beach in Brantevik is a small guesthouse overlooking the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. Bengt Lindroos architect. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hot plates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish home with large lush garden and views of Bornholm. Here is the opportunity for comfortable interaction for larger groups with the sea and Österlen's chalk-white beaches in the nearby. If you get tired of the hammock and book reading there is outdoor gym in the garden. Bicycles and paddle board are ready in the garage. Soccer field, tennis and paddle courts are available in the area. Bakery and farm shop are also nearby.

Electricity/water included. It is also possible to borrow two bicycles. Walking distance to Gyllebosjön with bath and fishing (fishing license required) 15 km to Simrishamn and approx. 6 km to the sea and Lilla Vik's two golf courses.
