Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser zentral gelegenen Wohnung am Hafen von Alcudia. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche Gastgeberin, welche bereits vorgängig mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und alle Informationen zum Check-In mitgeteilt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, ästhetische, helle, geräumige, gemütliche und funktionelle Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer (Sonnenuntergang inklusive). Erholung pur:-)

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed in this apartment both times as a group of 5. Its clean and easily assesible. The rooms are generous and its a great space for 5 people. Host and check in super smooth. I would recommend bringing earplugs though as the floors throughout are tiled and the walls are a bit thin so the noise between apartments travels very easily, we had slightly noisy neighbours next door and the bin men were very loud early in the morning but nothing you wouldnt expect with such a central location. Would definitely recommend Ombu and Rikoto restaurants but pre booking essential! Thanks for the stay! We would definitely go back.

appartamento comodissimo, pulito e vicino a tutti i locali più gettonati, vicino al mare. il personale è stato molto gentile e per il ritorno in aeroporto ha chiamato un taxi. consigliato!

Bardzo fajne miejsce na nocleg, trzeba tylko wziąć pod uwagę jeszcze konieczność zapłaty opłaty turystycznej, można na miejscu wykupić też śniadania i obiadokolacje, dobra lokalizacja, szybki i spawny kontakt w wielu językach

Una habitación austera en una casa familiar. Correcto si vas al centro de Mallorca y quieres estar bien comunicado. Sin lujos ni altas pretensiones. El baño necesita algún arreglo, y algo más de intimidad. Por lo demás Tatiana sabe llevar su alojamiento.

great stay for my first time in spain the whole place was very spacious pool was great place to hang out and short walk from the beach 15 minutes felt very safe whilst there was even a guard downstairs and washing machines only think i will say is maybe an oven will be nice but there is a stove to fry stuff on and fridge towels were changed every other day our host even arranged transfer when we checkout out to the airport will book again great price as well highly recommend very clean and very well presented

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. 😊 Ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment in einem süßen kleinen Komplex mit Rezeption und Pool, sehr neu, hell, gut ausgestattet, 3 Fußminuten zum Meer, nette Umgebung, Parkmöglichkeiten, super Room Service, freundlicher Kontakt und blitzschnelle Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen. Jederzeit wieder.

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, eine sehr saubere gepflegte Unterkunft, schnelle und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber mit Pool und Gym. Der Teil in Can Picafort in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist eher ruhiger und weniger Touristisch als der Rest. Es gibt Fußläufig zwei tolle Resturants. Also alles was man sich wünscht. An einem Abend hat das benachbarte Hotel einen Eventabend, da lief gute live Musik bis 22:00 danach war aber ruhe. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir in der Wohnung über uns sehr laute Nachbarn, da kann der Gastgeber aber nichts für. Wir konnten trotzdem perfekt schlafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, das große Bett sind zwei zusammengeschobene Betten mit Besucherritze. Trotzdem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und würden es weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet, und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ansonsten können wir es wirklich sehr empfehlen. Danke!

We loved our stay, it was perfect for us and our needs. Such a peaceful, homely and beautiful place with amazing views everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with family and the location was perfect. Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit einer wundervollen Begleitung an meiner Seite. Die Unterkunft war ein Träumchen, toller und heißer Whirlpool und ein schöner Pool zum abkühlen zwischendurch. Auch die Liegemöglichkeiten draußen waren Spitze. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm und man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war super sauber und Handtücher waren mehr als genug da. Badezimmer und Dusche ebenfalls top! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und auch Miguel war super nett und hilfreich bei Fragen. Gerne wieder!

We had a great week at Saman’s place. It’s conveniently located with excellent access to the ocean and beach. The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing for us. The place had everything that we needed.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Monat (Mitte Februar/Mitte März) in dem Haus verbracht. Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht waren fantastisch. Man konnte toll entspannen. Das Haus vermittelt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Natürlich ist es auch ein altes Haus aber das macht auch den Charm aus. Mit den Klimaanlagen und dem Ofen konnte man das Haus auch bei kälteren Temperaturen gut heizen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat und in den 4 Wochen gut geholfen. die Gastgeberin war sehr sympathisch und hat alle unsere Fragen schnell und auch positiv beantwortet. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay in Losetta for a few days and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need—it really felt like a home away from home. Everything was modern, well thought out, and incredibly comfortable. The communication with our host was very friendly. he always responded quickly, was extremely kind, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and uncomplicated, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the accommodation and the hospitality. If I ever return to Mallorca, I would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Prachtig en ruim huis in een rustig dorpje met sowieso 1 geweldig restaurant met goed eten en een romantisch terras onder de bomen. Kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Het huis is perfect: fijne bedden, ruim, privacy, sfeervol interieur en een beschutte binnenplaats. Cheryl en Amadeo zijn goede hosts en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.
