Lovely place right next to the water. We cooked dinner three times, kitchen is fine. It's clean and tidy. Lovely rooftop terrace. Quiet and private surroundings. Highly recommend.

Markus is a great host and the apartment is great! You have everything you need and the outdoor area is great. In addition, the location is really nice and the beach is around the corner. We will definitely visit again! :)

Was a lovely place, away from the main city centre, providing a nice sense of peace and quiet. House was clean and fitted all our needs. The pool was a little too cold to use but acted as a nice place to lounge by in the sun. Host was delightful, offering us lifts and suggesting good places to eat and shop

In the contryside, really quiet place. The host were very kind and gave clear instructions to find the airbnb, and were very available if we needed help. Thank you again guys!

The space couldn't be more perfect. The location in the romantic, idyllic surroundings with nothing but nature sounds blew us away! It was close to Port de Soller, but somehow secluded. The cottage is completely out of two, we didn't miss anything about items or furniture. The house seems to be very new as the kitchen was state-of-the-art equipped and everything was very clean but still comfortably furnished. The plants and trees around it are so beautiful and very exotic. We really enjoyed the time in this perfect location and were in La Palma within 38 min. There were even towels, a parasol and private loungers available. Very strong recommendation for couples who like it quieter, more idyllic away from the tourists. It's a great value for the money!

gorgeous and freshly renovated place, in beautiful & extremely peaceful surroundings - host was lovely and responsive with helpful instructions. 🌞 the location being quite untouched & rural, the road leading up to the place was a little treacherous so mind the type of vehicle you take we jogged down to santa maria for a phenomenal breakfast and the views were unmatched all in all a beautiful trip thank you 💖

Xisca’s place is perfect. You will feel right ar home. Stayed with Xisca twice this year. Cannot recomment enough. She is now like family !

We spent a wonderful family vacation at Viviani's. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back and we already miss the wonderful time in the garden under the palm tree and in the pool. The hosts sent us recommendations of places that were perfect for us, thanks to which we had a wonderful time in Majorca.

Both Marta and her family are charming, not only did they provide us with everything we needed to spend these days on the island, but their recommendations for discovering Mallorca were of great help to us. The house has everything you need, it's cozy and was very clean. You sleep very well in the beds. They offered us to enjoy the pool and, although we didn't do it due to lack of time, it was very well maintained. The setting is quiet and Palmanyola is very well located for getting to notable points on the island. A 10 for Marta and her family, if we go back to Mallorca, we'll stay here again!

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

This was one of our favorite stays of all time. We loved the comfort of the cottage and the surroundings were unusually peaceful. There are trails all over the property to walk. There are sheep and horses who wandered over to see us. Margaret was extremely attentive and friendly. Really a special person. We hope to return soon.

Great place to stay while in Mallorca Easy access to all the towns (By Car) pool to yourself beautiful animals around (cats, chickens) If you stay here give the kitties some water they will love you. wonderful time here for 4 nights ! Would definitely come back!

The stay was a dream. The place is lovely, clean and peaceful. The location is perfect for exploring the entire island, plus quiet, almost a place for meditation. Surrounded by greenery and birdsong, this place is suitable for those who want to enjoy relaxing days away from mass tourism. The amenities were extremely good. I have never met such helpful and courteous hosts as Tatjana and Peter. Both of them, as well as the accommodation, simply have to be taken into your heart. We will definitely be back to this gem!
