Nice, spacious apartment with enough space for the 4 of us. What I liked best was that we had sun on the terrace all day. One more note, since my mother can't climb stairs well: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, I had overlooked the info.

Just came back from Oliver’s, the accommodation is wonderful! The view is spectacular everything we hoped for. The location is great, a few mins walk to a row of shops and restaurants and then a 10/15 min walk to the centre with lots more. The marina is a 20 min walk and well worth visiting. We used the bus 515 to the market in Santanyi on Saturday which was great not a tacky market and lots of nice shops also. We used the bus 428 to the Caves of Drach which is a must. We swam from the beach you can see from the accommodation and you can hire paddle boards there too. We also climbed down the ladder into the sea right opposite the accommodation too, which was fun. I would love to return as 5 days was not enough. We went at the end of October in the uk halfterm, shops and restaurants were beginning to close down so keep that in mind if you intend on travelling later than the 29th Oct. What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the village and beach is impressive, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also straightforward via cell phone. One point deduction for partly dirty dishes in the cupboard and holey bedding - no drama, but both don't have to be. Shortly before Easter there were some construction sites in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, has a sunny balcony and a great roof terrace. you immediately feel at home, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was now pleasantly quiet for us in the low season, a small supermarket with bakery was open, some restaurants as well. But we also liked to take care of ourselves in the small kitchen. In the area you can do a lot, look at small towns, explore beaches or just enjoy nature. Given the very negative experience with our rental car, I would take the recommendation of the apartment provider next time! I was traveling with my daughter and we really loved the stay.

The apartment was fabulous- spacious, ovely terrace and amazing views. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a lovely, clean and peaceful place to stay. A very responsive host. It was easy to access. Lovely beaches nearby we were able to access by car. Would definitely stay again.

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

I felt very comfortable and was contacted in a friendly manner 1 week before arrival. She was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The beds were particularly good and cozy. Quiet location, easy to park and ideal for hikes. Beaches and small swimming coves are also within easy reach. I can only absolutely recommend it here and have rarely felt so comfortable. I'd love to come back.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Ralf is a lovable, open-minded person who warmly and generously welcomes his guests. Everything was perfect, and if we were looking for that, Ralf was happy to chat with us a bit. We will definitely stay with him again on occasion.

We had a wonderful time at Guillermo's. We felt very comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning / heating in each bedroom, fireplace. Approximately 5 minutes to the bay. Very nice and quiet area. We will be happy to come back. 😁

Dorothy was a great host, very caring and nice, she recommended places to see around the area. She did even more than we expected, which we were very greatful for :). It was cold during the nights at the start of april, but there was wood for the fire place. During our stay it was also very humid, but the dehumidifier did its job. The garden was beautiful, even more than the fotos. It was a little bit noisy because of the main road. The place is perfect for a retreat from society, but it is necessary to have a car. We thank Dorothy again for the care ❤️.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

We stayed with our baby in Esteban's apartment for a month. The location is super quiet, right next to a supermarket and close to two beaches. We got a high chair and baby travel cot. Everything was super clean and very well appointed. After 2 weeks, we were offered to replace the bed linen and towels. Esteban was very accommodating, kind and helpful. Defects (e.g. broken umbrella) were quickly remedied. We were very satisfied and would book the apartment again.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. We had a lovely week in this ideally located apartment, a 5/10-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Alcudia. The apartment was clean in a pleasant environment. Ideal for a family of 4 with 2 children. Thank you again for your hospitality

I have stayed in 7 different places in Santa Ponsa and this one was a favourite. Great location, stayed 3 weeks. The apartment had a front door code to get into the block and a lock box for apartment key. Very easy and safe. An elevator was a big plus. It is literally across the road from the beach, with no buildings in between. Steps away from restaurants, grocery store across the road. Although it is so close to beach, the buildings behind are mostly residential, so the bedrooms are quieter at night. The front balcony is perfect for people watching and view, the back balcony has sun all day and perfect for washing to dry. We were lucky to have great weather in February. Miguel is a very charming, helpful host and quick to respond to messages. We had no problems though. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher. The kitchen has a good selection of pans etc. Big smart TV, comfy chairs. Wifi. Public parking very close. We would definitely ask to stay here again!

The apartment is in a very nice, well-kept complex. We felt very comfortable right away. From there, we had a good starting point for our activities. The overall package was consistent and we had a great vacation. We'd love to come back 🤩
