Beautiful functional and very well-equipped house. Only downside is the barking of neighbors' dogs during the day and especially at night but what can you do about that... Thank you to Catalina and Julien for their availability and hospitality, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Losetta for a few days and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need—it really felt like a home away from home. Everything was modern, well thought out, and incredibly comfortable. The communication with our host was very friendly. he always responded quickly, was extremely kind, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and uncomplicated, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the accommodation and the hospitality. If I ever return to Mallorca, I would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I'm going to miss the crickets and birds. What a fantastic house! Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets at the same time complete tranquility and privacy. Not a standard home but a finca restored with love and taste. The pool is gigantic and was cleaned every day, completely unobtrusive. Thank you Miguel for your hospitality and I hope to see you soon.

We had a great time in the house. It is ideal for groups or families. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer more than enough space. We especially liked the garden and the pool. The kitchen equipment is also well suited for groups. There are enough dishes, a dishwasher and basic spices and oils. Only some furniture is a bit outdated and some beds squeak very loudly, but since we spent most of the time outside anyway, it didn't matter. Guida was always quick to reach and very friendly. We will be happy to come back. Thank you ❤️

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

This was one of the most tranquil, beautiful and scenic stays I've ever had. Tomeu is an utter gentle-man: kind, patient, helpful, responsive. The unit on his and Joana's property is simply adorable, with a nice size bathroom (and great shower!) and kitchen (vs the common tiny bathrooms & kitchens in many small Spanish pisos & casitas). The bed is firm which I love. Slept like a baby every night. The neighborhood, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, is stunning and so quiet but for the sounds of birds and a far-off rooster in the morning. I would definately stay again (esp now that I know how to work the front door, which takes a bit of finesse).

Conveniently located on a small side street ~5 minutes drive away from the Sóller town. Beautiful gardens and driveway into the property and clean, good-sized rooms. Only thing is the pool had some bugs/tiny plant life floating in the pool so we weren’t able to utilize it—but not a big deal since we spent all our time at the beach!

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is easily possible, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come back. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

This place is a GEM. A dream come to life. Everything about it is cozy and thoughtful. The beds and linens are very comfortable, plenty of fans and AC for warmer nights. We enjoyed the bikes that are very well taken care of and the outdoor furniture. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with hair dryer and soaps for travelers. We had a very early flight out and Esther was very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone who has the opportunity to as well!

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

An idyllic stay in a beautiful village house, nestled in the heart of an authentic and charming village. Fornalutx is just amazing! We were lucky enough to be there during the orange blossom — a captivating scent throughout the village. The house is beautiful, the host welcoming and caring. We would highly recommend it! Great restaurants nearby and stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. A real little piece of heaven.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Alaro. The house has everything you need, looks traditional on the outside and very modern on the inside. This was our second stay and love it! Dom is a fantastic host too!

We had a great stay at Casa Pilar Petita. Daniel was super responsive and helpful throughout. The home was exactly like the photos—super cute, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was right on time. Daniel recommended a great restaurant, Es Taller, and gave us helpful info about parking and getting around. The location was perfect, and we loved the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The outdoor shower was a great bonus. I left a day before my daughter, and Daniel was super helpful in giving us info to set up an early morning taxi to the airport for her. I really appreciated his help with this. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place, beautiful views, peaceful setting. It is impossible to drive up to the house, let alone park near it, as it is in a dedicated walking-only area. This is important to know, especially if you're traveling with small kids or elderly people.

We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s place! The house is beautiful and the backyard is incredibly cozy — we spent a lot of relaxing time there. Antonio was also very welcoming and helpful, patiently answering all our questions during the stay. The nearby parking just a few steps away was super convenient. We’d love to come back again in the future!

Wonderful stay!! Pools are not heated and are a bit chilly. Otherwise we absolutely adored every other aspect of this house!

Miguel was AMAZING in every aspect. The whole family was very happy with this selection. We are looking forward to repeat this experience soon. Great job & wish you the best.

great stay, would do it again

Beautiful accommodation where we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Both indoors and outdoors, you can linger for hours – everything is lovingly designed and invites you to relax. We were particularly pleased with the small attention on arrival: water, bread, fruit, cheese and eggs – a very warm gesture! We would have liked to stay longer and would like to come back.

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Our stay at Micaela’s Finca was incredible, we really enjoyed our time there. The pool and garden area is really beautiful, exactly as shown on the pictures . As tennis enthusiasts we loved to play on our own tennis court, which is well maintained (new net etc.). Thanks to the ping pong table and the barbecue we had some unforgettable evenings ;) Micaela is a great host who was always available when we needed something. And special thanks to Mario who took great care of the garden and gave us some helpful tips! The finca is located between Palma and Inca, which is great because you can explore the capital but also the gorgeous west coast of Mallorca. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at the finca. Muchas gracias! ☺️

Stayed for a week in October with our children. Loved the house and the central location. Would definitely stay again.
