This beautiful townhouse, with ETV/4500 License, is located in a privileged location, a few minutes walk from the center, but with great privacy and unbeatable views towards the highest mountain in Mallorca, Puig Major, the village and the entire valley in general. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €2/day per person over 14 years of age to be paid upon arrival in the Balearic Islands. Tenants will be asked for the documentation referred to in the attached Royal Decree 933/2021.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
