This 3 bdrm/2 ba villa has a lovely updated kitchen.There are 2 bdrms on the raised 1st floor of the Villa with King & Queen beds.The 1st bdrm has a walkout deck with chaise lounges. Enjoy Seabrook year round. It's spectacular! Well-appointed two bedroom/ two bath second-floor condo with magnificent marsh view. Beautiful sunroom to relax while enjoying a glass of wine/coffee. Enjoy biking on the beach, tennis, pickleball, golf, & horseback riding. Three bicycles are included for pedaling on Island. Condo is close to Bohicket Marina for sunsets & short bike ride to Fresh Fields for shopping. Unit includes FREE amenity card for club access. Great location. Stay and play!

Relaxing and peaceful, you will love staying at our home. There is something for everyone, whether you like to relax and read, watch TV, or go for a run, walk, or bike ride. Our home is conveniently located in the Village at Seabrook, very close to the Lake House with its gym, pools, library and other amenities. We are also very close to the tennis center and pickleball courts, and equestrian center. Every Seabrook beach is a 10 minute drive. Enjoy Seabrook in our newly renovated home!
