Beach house vacation rentals in Seabrook Island

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Just what the family needed! The house was a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach, which was ideal with a little one. What made this please even better was the pool. While the kiddo napped, we were able to have our own time to connect and enjoy being outside. Great house!

This was our second stay at Maryellen’s place and it proved to be another great week. The home has all that you need to enjoy folly to the max. We hope to be back again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. Place is as described. Very close to the beach and to restaurants etc. House is also well-equipped for beachgoers.

Spent memorial weekend at the Mudminnow with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. The house was honestly perfect for the long weekend. Very clean, comfortable furniture, everything in the kitchen we needed, and great A/C. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes at the 4 and 5 year old's pace. Got rained out of the beach on day one so we were trapped in the house which is not always great with a bunch of young kids but we hung out on the porch and played games and listened to music. The outdoor shower was really nice for post beach washdown, the beach cart and chairs came in real handy as well as the grill for memorial day steaks. Tyler, the host, was very timely in reaching out to make sure we were covered during the stay. Honestly one of the best stays we've had at an airbnb. Great location, great house, great host.

I loved the location and found everything to be more than what I expected. I had a few questions during my stay and received answers in a very short time.

We recently spent a weekend at Folly Beach and are so very happy that we happened upon Nicole’s lovely property for our stay—it exceeded expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Nicole was such a genuine and thoughtful host—top notch communication from time of booking our stay, to bidding farewell to the beautiful property (but with many incredible “beachfront memories” we will cherish & be reminiscing on for a long time to come). We truly loved our time here. Nicole has created such a comfortable “home away from home” with this place—and being steps from the beach... it was a blessed place to be. The property was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Also, from Kitchen to the bathroom—all rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.. and more! Fully stocked, cozy and attended to with care. Location—unbeatable. With just a few short steps, we were hitting sand.. and most beautiful beachfront view one could ask for! Felt very safe enjoying each sunrise & sunset close by

Our stay was exactly as we hoped and even more. Our space was perfect for us and the local area was perfect for a family with young children as well.

Everything was perfect and as described. Worth the stay. Liz was super friendly and responsive. Location was great, house was clean and had the majority of necessities.

This was our best experience by far with Airbnb. The house was perfect for our 2 families with kids ages 2-11, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with pool/beach toys, PFDs, and top-notch amenities including a 6-person golf cart with backup camera, air fryer, high chair, pack n play, you name it…! Nick was an exceptional host to top it off. The personalized touches made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s place. Thank you for the southern hospitality - we’ll definitely be back!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and in such a great location. You could easily walk to the beach but the golf cart was a nice touch. The house is also in close proximity to restaurants in Mt Pleasant, Sullivans Island and even the commute to downtown Charleston felt quick. Note: youll have to bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella/toys, and travel crib if you have a baby. We hope to be back and stay here again!

I wish I could give Rachel, her house, and the local support staff 10 stars!! We had a small issue with the microwave and it was taken care of smoothly and quickly. She was so quick to respond and answered the array of questions I had prior to traveling. The house was exactly as described and so welcoming. We were all very sad to leave!! We will most definitely be back!!

Had a really great company retreat here. Location was very nice and private. The beach was beautiful and the little river pond thing in the backyard brought some fun wildlife to look at. Very reasonable for the price. Will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area!

Beautiful house in a beautiful community. Perfectly appointed house with literally everything we needed from dishes to beach chairs. Comfortable, clean space with plenty of room. Cannot say enough good things about the home or the host. A+ experience!

We really enjoyed our state at the cottage on Johns Island. The house was beautiful with lots of attention to detail including nice Christmas decorations. The kitchen is well stocked. Marlize was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The amenities at Seabrook are wonderful. We enjoyed tennis, pickleball, golf and running around the community and on the beach. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was awesome. The airbnb was very clean and well stocked wether you plan on staying in because it's raining or you want to go to the beach. Laura is also very responsive and helpful if you have any questions. It was a short walk down the street to a nice quiet beach at access 9 or a short drive to a slightly more active beach with bigger waves at access' 2-4. Highly recommend this place
