Seabrook Island vacation rentals

What a stunning little place to spend a few days on the island before heading to Savannah for our daughter's graduation from SCAD! Lovely family oriented beach that's less crowded than others, esp over Memorial Day. We found the condo to be quiet and private, yet easy to get to "the action" if you prefer. Bed was oh so comfortable and the 2 extra large wall mounted TV's were awesome! Chad is generous to provide free streaming services - Netflix, Hulu, & more! Chad is a stellar host- super responsive and genuinely wants your stay to be top notch- ours certainly was and we hope to return again to The Ocean Overlook!

Nice place right on the beach, place is clearly renovated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything you’d expect to have at home can be found in the apartment. Despite arriving at 3am, we had no issue passing through the gate and helped ourselves in the unit. Highly recommend and overall a very welcoming experience.

Wow! The condo is spotless! Although the condo is small, there was a lot of thought put into the design—lots of drawers, closet space and hooks to hang items on! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the space! We will definitely return!

Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay on Edisto island. Beautiful house in a peaceful setting. We really liked the quiet area the house was in. We enjoyed time on the screened porch. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Would recommend this house for a restful stay at Edisto!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay at Jayne’s house. The location is terrific and the house is fully stocked with everything you need for a great visit. We enjoyed the pool and pool area every day. She communicated extremely well and had great suggestions on local places to visit and dine. We will definitely return in the future.

Great location and home, so much at the house for kids and adults as well as location is central to town and beach. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful rental. Very clean and super quiet and private. A great place to recharge and enjoy nature. We enjoyed the short bike ride to Coffin Point Beach each day. Such a unique area with beautiful sunrises to view. For swimming, the pass to Hunting Island could not be beat. Location was close to shopping and a short drive to beautiful Beaufort to spend a day exploring the waterfront shops. The space was perfect for my teens and I. The house had everything I could ever need in the kitchen and in every space.

As others have consistently noted, this is a very high quality property managed by a very high quality hostess. The house is very comfortable and relaxing, with an updated feel. Really well supplied with decent cookware, drinkware, and many amenities. Location great, accessible to everything. We highly recommend Hunting Island (visited twice) and Cypress Wetlands. Our only concern was shower head water volume which owner is alerted to, a minor issue. We recommend this cottage for couples and we would definitely repeat here.

Katherine was amazing! The location is amazing, her house is amazing! Literally across the street from the beach. The amenities were everything you could need, we felt like we were at home. Super comfortable bedroom, kitchen had all the things we needed to cook when we didn't feel like walking down the street to a restaurant. So peaceful and we loved strolling down the streets after dinner. We didn't want to leave. Book immediately, you will be so glad you did!!

This was our second time staying at Susan's place & we left feeling even more in love. It's the perfect set up for little dogs with the screened in porch and safely fenced front garden. The cottage feels private yet safe because the owners are always around maintaining their beautifully serene property. We drove into Beaufort for yoga & dining. Hunting Island Beach is a gem with nature trails, a boardwalk, marshes, a fishing pier & is close by. The kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked with supplies and treats. We had breakfast the morning after arrival with no need to make a store run until later that first day. The property owners are absolutely delightful & the price is more than fair. We hope to return, soon!

We loved the cottage on John’s island. Brad and Angela were super accommodating and responsive. It felt right at home and the location is beautiful! If you’re looking for a getaway near Charleston SC then I highly recommend Captains Quarters!

Christopher's beautiful little cabin was exactly what we needed while visiting Beaufort. We will definitely be back to stay everytime we visit!!

We loved our stay here. Check in was simple. The bed was very comfortable. Seeing dolphins from the dock every time we went out was definitely a highlight!

We had a lovely time staying in the Boat House. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and felt very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
