Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home. I loved the kitchen. Close enough to the little downtown area. Lots of walking trails for the doggos! I would love to stay again! Thank you!!!

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

We absolutely loved this AirBnB!! Stayed in Scituate for a college graduation in BU and was the perfect location to come home to and walk on the beach and spend time with family and host. James was super helpful and responsive, we definitely recommend!!

Jennifer is one of AirBnB’s great hosts and this home is surpassingly charming and quaint. It is everything you want in a coastal New England holiday. Stayed here for a wedding at the Barker House which is only a very short walk away. Cannot recommend enough!

This place should be exactly what you have in mind when you think Scituate beach house: hardwood floors, wrap-around decks, cozy kitchen, outside shower, parking on sand. This was a wonderful experience for me and my family. I have been away from Scituate for 11 years, and this place made me feel like I never left. It is close to the downtown area (7-10 minute drive) with several great restaurants that have a beach feel, solid Ice cream at the harbor, the old grocery store, and the brewery, your own private beach. The house was perfect for the 5 of us, two bathrooms with showers, everyone had their own space if they needed it, but we could also sit together and watch a movie, or sit on the deck, we didn't use any of the grills they have there but there was at least 3 or 4 depending upon how you feel about that. The host did check in to see how we were doing, which was nice, but we are a very simple family and just loved the house and will be back next year for a longer stay.

This was a fun place to stay for our girls trip - nicely decorated and clean, tons of chargers available. A big plus for us was the 4 separate bedrooms. It was awesome to be right on the water even though the weather was not conducive to sitting out on the patio like we had hoped. Easy drive to restaurants and shops. Location was also great for visiting both Boston and the Cape Cod area. Host was responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Beautiful inside with thoughtful extra touches. Great kitchen - looks very new, clean and well supplied. Beds were super comfortable, high quality linens. Loved the bathroom design and space. And incredibly beautiful and peaceful surroundings outdoors - great view of the water from the great room. Lots to see and do nearby. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

An amazing stay! I drove to Boston every day (about 40 minutes away) and it was totally worth it. Coming back, this place offered the peace and beautiful views I needed to relax. I felt very comfortable, just like home. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Plus, the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. I would definitely love to come back!

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Quintessential New England historic experience. It’s. It every day one get to stay in the home of a Revolutionary War Navel Captain, let alone one that fought a pivotal battle on the Hannah. The home, while over 200 years old is cozy, clean with just enough modern features to Make it comfortable and convenient. The manager, Rachel is responsive, pro-active and a delight to deal with.

Kelly's place was pristine and perfectly comfortable. Everything was as advertised and Kelly was a super responsive and helpful host. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful home base in Salem, a little apart from the chaos.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, walked everywhere, did not take the car out once during our stay. Onsite parking which is a big plus for the area. Historic home updated beautifully. We loved staying at Jennifer’s condo. A very quiet, walkable location with great neighborhood eateries. Definitely consider a visit to Waverly Kitchen. Very friendly staff and excellent food & cocktails. Jennifer accommodated us when our flight into Boston was delayed and we appreciated her help very much! Stocked kitchen and quality furnishings made her place feel like home!
