Beachfront vacation rentals in Scituate

I had an absolutely excellent stay at this lakefront Airbnb! The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and just steps from the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Host was an outstanding host. He was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. Watching the sunset over the lake in the evening was the perfect way to unwind. I will definitely be back!

Mark’s place is conveniently close to the transit line, right next to the public beach, and to the ocean (literally his backyard!!!). There’s a parking spot which was a life saver as I was traveling with my mom and dad. We had no issues checking in or out, utensils or tools, and loved the master bedroom - it has a big tub and insane balcony view!

Teagan’s place was exactly as described. Had a girls trip memorial day weekend and the spot didn’t disappoint. There were enough beds to accomodate us, it was spacious and very clean. We could see the beach path through the sliders and we were able to walk right down to the beach. Unfortunately there was a huge storm during half our trip but the cottage was such a cute spot to just chill and relax while waiting out the storm.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

We had an amazing stay. The home looks as depicted in the photos. Beautiful spaces indoors and out. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager, Jay, lives nearby and came over upon our arrival to show us around the property and make suggestions for things to do in the area.

Wonderful place. Majestic views. Lived the beach and all the space. Something’s were outdated and some things lacked readily available instruction. Tried to light the wood stove and there was no kindling wood. Can’t go from paper to log easily. One bed room had no tv and two had a tv but no type of fire stick or capability to watch anything. For the main bed room I would’ve like a king size bed. Some of the windows were broken and not functional. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were amazing with heated floors. Plenty of towels and linen. I would definitely come back. The view and peace from the ocean is really the selling factor on this place. The pool table and foosball table were lacking full size. I’d rather one full size pool table or one full size foosball. The mini tables were not enjoyable. Appliances were brand new minus the blender. A nicer dining room table would be nice. Did not enjoy the plastic over the table. Need to post instructions on hot tub care with more chemicals.

This was a fun place to stay for our girls trip - nicely decorated and clean, tons of chargers available. A big plus for us was the 4 separate bedrooms. It was awesome to be right on the water even though the weather was not conducive to sitting out on the patio like we had hoped. Easy drive to restaurants and shops. Location was also great for visiting both Boston and the Cape Cod area. Host was responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

Our family celebrated my daughter’s BSU graduation here. We had a lovely time. The house was as described however, a few things stood out, dirty towels left behind from prior guest at the outdoor shower and walls were scuffed, but overall everything was very clean. Beach is very rocky so water shoes and sneakers is suggested. Views are spectacular and the deck is such a great place to relax or have some fun. Beds are also very comfy and the beach fire pit was a hit! Would recommend for sure. Thanks Susan.

I was in town for my dad's funeral. Carolyn was very nice to allow us to arrive earlier. She is very responsive. I appreciate her hospitality.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this beautiful little spot is! We felt so cared for and welcomed, and truly they thought of everything. We had an amazing visit to Boston, and spent mornings in Salem and Marblehead, which was such a perfect New England town. We would recommend and would certainly stay again if given the chance! Absolutely wonderful hosts!

Awesome little cottage for a week! We spent a whole week at this place and loved it! Tanya was so kind with instructions how to get in and was available for if we needed anything at all. The location is spectacular steps from the private beach, near some great restaurants and stores. The space is small but really all the essentials you need to have a relaxing quiet stay. Would definitely stay again and it’s the perfect place for a getaway.

We had a lovely stay! The sounds of the water in the morning and the beautiful views set the tone for a wonderful and relaxing trip. Everything was clean and as expected.

Great location and big home. Good for two families (one per floor). Nice kitchen, dining and living area. Comfortable beds. Some items need a little love to finish them up, but that is to be expected in an older home. Great value for the price.

Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

Had a great girls getaway! Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax in a beautiful setting. Would definitely return.

As described - great hidden gem in south Boston. Very nice pool and hot tub area for our family. The bakery and place called Crave up the street were great breakfast options!

Really lovely room, clean, great stay

The hotel was clean and conveniently located and well worth the price. The front desk receptionist was very responsive and helpful. The only detail that caught us off guard is that only the primary person on the reservation can check in. Otherwise a great stay.
