The place was exactly as the pictures! It is located in the basement but has plenty of windows and natural lighting! Very easy to find and check in was smooth. Lots of street parking as advertised. And the area was very quiet. I didn’t even hear the other guests in the house.

On The Rocks is such a beautiful place. The views were just spectacular (sunset and sunrise). Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. 5 starts across the board 4 stars on the price because Airbnb seems to be increasing their rates every time we use their services.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Regina’s place. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and the views of the water are gorgeous. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area.

I had a great stay with my parents and pup. Definitely a dog friendly home that is located in a pleasant neighborhood for walks. Be sure to plan a little extra time if you are driving to Boston proper, as you can get stuck waiting for the bridge to go up/down. Overall our time at the cottage was peaceful and the host was responsive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

The home was in a very nice and quiet area of town with groceries, gas and restaurants a short walk or drive away even in during busy hours of Boston traffic. The home was actually larger than expected with two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Everything was clean and ready for us with a well equipped kitchen and filtered water. There was a nice booth area to eat as well as counter seating and a dining room. We only had three in our party, but you could comfortably house a much larger family in the rental. We have a few more trips planned to Boston this year and will book this first if it is available, would like to stay again.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Thoroughly delightful stay. Spacious. Immaculate. Comfortable. Generously stocked by Maxine with refrigerator and pantry items. Super comfortable beds and linens. Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. She clearly enjoys hosting and providing guests with a positive experience. Thank you, Maxine!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

The accommodations were attractive and comfortable--just as described and pictured in the listing. It was perfect for our family in terms of location and space. The grounds are quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool that was very inviting but unfortunately the weather was still a little cool for a swim. Ian was great with communication and a warm and welcoming host. We were very pleased with our stay.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Host was awesome, proactive and communicative. Place was spacious and clean. Location was fantastic with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking. There is a bar just below which on Saturday night was bustling.

The place was super easy to find, easy to get into, and a short walk to the main downtown area. I went here with some girlfriends for a weekend away, and we had a great time! The place had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. The only drawback is the single bathroom, but was not a deal breaker for us. I would definitely recommend this place!

This Airbnb is in an absolutely beautiful location and very true to the fact that you beat the crowds and bustle of the tourist areas but are close enough if you want to visit. Definitely would come back!!

This place is a hidden gem! When you step inside, you're met with elegant touches, not the usual coastal kitsch. Everything is white, clean, and intentional. The sitting areas are very comfortable from the living room to the breakfast nook to the dining room table.  My three teens shared the bunks and did just fine while my husband and I had the primary bedroom. The bed is very cloud-like. Clean and folded sheets and towels - all bright white. The kitchen is the real showpiece. Big enough to cook and to hang out all at the same time. Lots of cooking appliances. My only lament was the chilly May temps kept us from enjoying the beach and the backyard more. We did get up and walk the rocky beach each day, though. It's also fun to stroll Nantasket Ave - it's like a series of old-school coastal villages as you move down it. The only thing that should give you any hesitation is no washer/dryer if your family needs that.

Ashley’s home was beyond immaculate, cozy, quiet, filled with light, and so thoughtfully designed. The bed and linens were divine, the shower spacious and hot, and the living area perfect for curling up with a book, a movie or listening to birds in the garden. She welcomed us with wine and pastries, such a personal, generous touch. Her local guidebook was spot-on (Percy’s for breakfast was a hit!). The location was ideal, close to family and perfectly situated between Boston and the Cape. The kitchen is great for light meals with an induction cooktop, microwave, and Nespresso; there’s also a grill we would’ve loved to use if we stayed longer. No full oven, but beautifully equipped. Ashley’s communication from booking through check-in to check-out was warm, response, proactive, timely, and above and beyond, (she even offered to dry the patio furniture when the rain let up.) Overall such a beautiful respite! We will absolutely return! Thank you Ashley!

Everyone in our group agreed that Becky's property was perfect. We were surprised by all of the different supplies that are provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location too, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Salem.

We highly recommend this host & apartment. The unit was lovely, clean, comfortable, and felt right at home. Great location & close to everything one might need. Communication with James was easy & fluid. James even had refreshments for us which we were very grateful for. Our stay in the area was due to family events that weekend. At the end of the day, we purchased wine & watched TV while it rained outside & enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we broke a glass while washing the dishes. James was very understanding about it, an absolute gem for a host. Of course we left a little something behind for the trouble. We look forward to our next stay, thank you James! Thank you James!
