Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Plymouth County

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

Stayed for 3 nights at Scott’s house and it was terrific. House was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the coffee station and the outdoor space. Great location near Cape Cod. House was as described and communication was great.😎

Matt was a wonderful host! His home was clean, beautifully decorated and full of little touches that made us feel special! Upon arrival, the house was nice and cool (all ACs were up and running!) and fresh flowers were on the counter and picnic table out back. Notes were left everywhere which really helped make things a breeze. We had coffee and wine available to us — both were excellent. The home is nicely updated and the gardens out back are absolutely glorious! Thank you Matt for a lovely stay!!

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

Jennifer‘s place was the perfect homebase for a week of vacation, exploring Cape Cod and even venturing up to Boston and Salem. Her restaurant recommendations were helpful and spot on. Our favorite was the Black Whale in New Bedford. Comfortable beds, beautiful new appliances in the kitchen, and the soaker tub in the upstairs bath was so fantastic. It was nice to come home to such a quiet, peaceful place after a day of adventuring. Jennifer was super responsive and made our stay easy and delightful. One of our favorite excursions was to the boardwalk and beach and sandwich. We hope to come back someday to keep exploring all of the cool things in Massachusetts.

Beautiful location and home. Very clean and well appointed. Just what you would expect a beach home to look like.

We enjoyed our weekend get away at Kara's. The bed was comfy, house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside, listening to the birds and watching the bunny rabbits in the yard.

We had a fantastic stay even though it was a rainy and chilly weekend there was plenty to do and our whole family enjoyed themselves.

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We had such an amazing stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable with the place. Carolyn was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. Shout out Ali for fixing our little problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This Airbnb is SO cute and in the perfect location. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, lots of sitting space, and just super homey! Erin and Carlos are fantastic hosts - friendly and communicative, and they even left us snacks/drinks and a handwritten card. I can’t wait to stay again!

Had a great stay at Paige’s place. Very clean, comfortable, and great location, close to everything!

Cara's place was expertly appointed and decorated as well as very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home with the quirky floors and eclectic decorations. It was quiet with a small town feel and we felt like the only ones there even though it was part of a commercial building. There was a nice write up of tips on the table and how to use things in the apartment but I would have liked to see that in the listing ahead of time. Would help understand what was there and how to navigate things like the plug in the bathroom only works with the light switch on. You would have laughed at me drying my hair one day with a plug in the kitchen. :) All minor things but would be helpful to know ahead of time. Cara was always friendly and helpful when asked and she notified us of when there was a bridal appointment next door.

This was a great find. We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was very comfortable, clean, and location was perfect for us. I rated it 5 stars for value but would have given it a 10 if I could. Kari was very responsive and a great host.

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

Alex’s place was a great stay to recharge and relax after the long days we had last week. I would highly recommended this place for anyone popping through New Bedford, or staying for a few days! The airbnb was spotless and quiet and clean. I will be renting here again when I need somewhere to stay when I’m back in New Bedford! Also very close to downtown all the coffee shops, and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

We had a great stay at this lovely place in East Boston. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The hosts were also super gracious to let us check in early and store our luggage while we did some more sightseeing our last day.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Konrad ‘s place is simply unbeatable for the price location and the sheer size and comfort of this loft It’s walkable to almost everywhere. It’s extremely safe. It’s few steps down to Chinatown. And you could easily walk to Newbury Street For me the best part of Konrad ‘s loft was the space. Airy and bright. A wonderful kitchen. Konrad himself was extremely responsive to any queries I had. Don’t think twice this is where you need to stay in Boston. Was super sad to leave.

Amazing place and Kaitlyn was very helpful. The guide was very helpful and the location could not be more central. Felt at home and we would definitely recommend.
